spray gun in a booth, but i used "enamel" for tractors thinned out with paint thinner. Also, never painted anything in my life so i kinda just went with it. zero body work, or priming. just scuffed the car up well! good enough for an old beat rally car.

hey Chris!

Been doing pretty good! Going back to college here soon, putzing with old cars as usually (new bane of my exisitance is hiding there in the back ground). She is nearly rally ready! just need a skid plate and to shorten the drive shaft some.

Nice rig man. Gives me inspiration to keep on trucking with my rally build. If you end up making it to snodrift next year, I may be able to hook you up with a modest garage an accommodations off 32 a few miles from town and just down the road from the high school.

This is Dad's new toy, started as a stock 12a powered series 2 rx7. Then the car was fitted with Group B rx7 wide body kit which includes the guards, wing, front and rear bumpers, front apron and bonnet. This car also has plastic windows, toyota 8inch diff, close ratio ZF gearbox, 13b PP with 55mm IDA style throttle bodies, the suspension is custom build MCA coil overs on each corner, the rear control arms are 510mm long which touched the rear of the front seats, and the front suspension has been moved closer to the center of the car and the arms made longer. The engine has a Mazda Factory Race dry sump kit, and the oil cooler is in the rear wing.
It isnt finished currently but its nearly ready for paint now.
