Military themed SA22C
So it all started when i picked a KE72 wagon up last month for $300 off a mate i brought it purely because of the mounts and exhaust where built and setup for a 12A
While trying to find another engine on trademe (NZ version of ebay) due to forgetting to check the last auction and it closed for a steal $900 for a bog standard 12a, i came across the Rx-7 i now have sitting snugly in my shed it has a 12a monster bridgeport in it i paid a whopping 4 grand and haven't regretted it since the previous owner botched up the wiring loom so back to basics of making a custom loom to suit with Fuses and relays for the 3 main components to make it run i rebuild a Nikki 4 barrel and set the base timing and coils up properly and crank it up tonight off a bit of gas poured into the carb due to the fuel pump not working (time for a new one) and cranked it it fired into life and my god the smell of premixed av gas in a small shed is amazing and the sound of a 4" straight pipe is god like i had a mate come out to gimme a hand he brought 2 chicks with him who have already booked seats for the summer cruising round beaches etc and they've only heard it fire up and run for about 5 seconds haha think i'm inlove with it already
