Help for my 84 SE

Does anyone know of a rotary mechanic in the Kansas City area? I live in Blue Springs, my car is up in Holt Missouri and that means the nearest Mazda dealer is Lee's Summit, an hour and a half away. They have a master mechanic but want $240 to diagnose the problem...plus I have to get it there. We have done everything advised to do on this forum. We put in a new radiator, water pump, fuel pump/filter, hoses, coils, plugs/plug wires, cap/rotor and the car ran great. Idle was 750 although occasionally it would sudden drop and almost stall. We parked the car for two weeks and now it turns over but won't start. I am at my wits ends over what to do. I've been told it may be the igniters. But at $90 each, used, I am starting to nickel and dime myself on this (bought 4 new tires as well). I can't afford to replace one expensive part after another to find the problem. So, getting desperate, I was hoping there was a rotary specialist somewhere in the area who could look it over. I will drive and pay of course. Thanks for anyone who can help.

I live just south of Holt in Kearney. Shoot me a PM with your phone number and we can arrange for you to bring the car to my place. I have a big barn we can work on it at.
