FC subframe swap into FB - Any way to keep FB coilovers?

I’ve seen quite a few discussions on how to do FC subframe swaps into FB’s and most of them talk about having to swap out the coilovers as well to FC ones. Is there any way, however, to keep the stock fb coilovers and make them fit to the new FC parts? The reason I ask is because I swapped out my current FB coilovers with BC racing coilovers which use the stock spindle and whatnot. I’d rather not have to ditch those after all that work and I’d like to see what my options are (if any) to still use them AND swap my subframe to an FC’s.

thank you!

The spindles are WHY you do the swap. The FB spindles bend very easily.

The FC subframe makes handling worse. At the very least, the lower roll center means you need to go about 50-70% higher in front spring rate to keep handling the same, or raise the front ride height by about 1-1.5 inches, although it still doesn't feel right because of the short little control arms. My future plans for the '84 that I swapped in 2010 involve converting it back to FB front suspension. I have almost all of the parts necessary for this.

Plan is to use Mazda 2 ball joints in the FB control arms so I can keep using the FC uprights, just swapped left for right.
