After looking at the mods required, we decided to leave the engine alone and not swap the front cover. We will stick the the original plan and just make a new rear mount.

FC mounts wont help unless you swap in an FC front subframe, which wouldnt actually be a terrible way to do it...

Could you give a few details on how you competed the swap also? Did you use factory ecu? What did you use for ignition pickup? What front cover did you end up using?
