Best looking wheels for Fb?

Hey all, I have been thinking about getting some wheels for my 1981 FB. Does anyone have some ideas or inspo? Here is my car...

Does anyone have a car with the same color on some wheels? Want to see what some good options are. Also are 7s ok in the front and 8s in the rear? I don't want to rub. I know something similar has been asked in the past but can't find a good reference image. Thank you all! Excited to hear from you all and see some builds.

Unfortunately these days you will probably have to settle with whatever you can find in the 4x110 bolt pattern. Fortunately there are some good looking wheels out there. Konig Rewinds are a solid option, I have a set of these they look pretty good. Also Rota makes a set I believe. In my opinion the best looking ones out there are the 80s and 90s wheels. A set of gold mesh wheels would look awesome on your car. Just search around for 4-110 wheels, I Believe the offset on my rewinds is +20.

I just put König Rewinds on mine. 15x7 4x110 20mm offset and 15 x 50 x195. The195s won't rub. You could put 205's on the rear but I wanted all the same size. All stock suspension.

15x7 BBS mesh wheels are the best wheels followed by Panasport wheels in 15x7. Just my opinion.

Nice car and good to meet you.
Panasports would be sick, but like mentioned, 4x110 is a bitch to find.

Sorry I'm not too familiar with 1st gens. What's the consensus on a set of spacers to convert it to 4x100 and open up all the Civic and Miata wheels? It seems like that'd be the call if there's room..

something like this?

15 x 7 4x114.3 Rota RB wheels, the Panasport look, without the Panasport price gets my vote.

Those are the exact wheels I got. Haven’t got them installed yet. Thanks for giving me a peek at what they’ll look like.

Panasports aren’t hard to find, they make them for you. Are they cheap? No
The wheels in the picture are 13x7 with custom bore and a 4x110 bolt pattern. I was also able to chose the offset. I no longer own the wheels btw.

I have the 4x110 version. Are thy running spacers? My tire shop says they can’t run them?

I had long wheel studs on my car with about a 1/2” wheel spacer on the front, no spacers on the rear.

I agree with the mesh/Panasports suggestions. I had Konig Rewinds and now have Panasports I ordered through MazdaTrix.

Are you running spacers or longer lugs?

They are 15x7's - no spacers but I am running longer (12x1.5 I think) Gorilla lug bolts. My Panasports are z-lights not the race ones, as I heard they are not super durable on the street.

Looks like more than a few have gone that route. Like I mentioned, 4x100 will allow you to fit Civic and Miata wheels, among many others.

unpopular opinion: I dont like how 15" or larger wheels look on the stock wheel arch.

The white on blue is a great color combo. I was trying to find some mesh wheels locally but no luck.

No, stock GS/GSL struts/rear axle with no spacers.

Front tires 195/50/15 and rear 205/50/15 lowered on coilovers.

Zero rubbing and awesome to daily drive! I think there is probably room to go up to 1/2" lower also.
