79 12a to cosmo 13b-re build

Hello all! I am finally doing what I always wanted which is build a turbo sa22c. I have had my current 79 for a few years and the oil seals in the 12a are going south. I also lost my license due to a seizure on the freeway so I have some time without a license to do a build. I just picked up a 13b-re that is being dropped off in a week to lucky7 to be rebuilt with a street port and fresh seals. I have a budget of 8k so here's to hoping I can make it work. I will post my plans and have a few questions as well. Goal is 400 whp with possibility of more later Mainly what manifolds are sa/fb guys running? I was gonna be cheap with the cx racing version but would like to hear opinions as to others.

13b-re cosmo motor (in the repu already)
gsl-se front cover purchased
Gsl-se fuel tank for baffling (carb to efi) purchased (To Be cleaned/Sealed B4 use)
3" aluminum radiator
new oil pan for gsl-se
Needs not purchased
Haltech ps1000 w harness
New injector s 1000cc/20000 cc
new water pump /oil pump(do I use gsl-se? )
88 t2 trans w clutch flywheel etc
Divided housing t4 based or similar turbo
Cx racing manifold for 1st gens but open to other suggestions
custom dp and exhaust
I want to run a dual pump setup and new lines from tank to rail what pumps and size lines?
Ford 9" swap bc i know my gsl-se rear end will blow up after break in. What's the size/shortening should I do for a flush fit.
I have an extra front mount oil cooler (79)I was gonna tank and clean is that sufficient
Waste gate ideas? *Sizing for stable boost control?*
Custom I/c and piping

I also will be selling my panansport wheels, street port header back rb exhaust, and 12a housings to add a Lil to my budget but they will likely only pay for new wheels that fit the 9" rear too. Feel free to critique or give advice this is a first for me but I've been into rotary vehicles for some time. Last time I did a n20 12a with poor results. Hoping to do better this time around. Thanks in advance and hopefully I'll be done by 7 stock this year.

I really like the panasport wheels on these 79s. Almost as much as the waffles. I like the way the car sits and looks with the bigger 15" panasports. If my waffles don't work out I'll be in the market for some just like yours. It looks really, really fast just sitting there.

I'm gonna miss those panasport a lot. I paid top dollar for my 16" ones on my first 79 but those are long gone and you don't see 16" 4x110 pop up often so 15" was as close as I could get. On a side note I do have og 83 style wheels and tires so if anyone is interested in the panasports they can be sold at any time. No progress yet but I've been in vegas so hopefully soon

Yes its original paint bur it is faded on the hood, roof as expected. I'm gonna plan on repainting it once everything is said and done. And this is chris' brother kyle I stole my name back and he started a new account sdrotary-fc (long standing game but I've always been sdrotary)
