On a side note, I've decided on my coilovers... I'll be getting Tein Super Racing Dampeners with the EDFC control module.

I was scolded for my photography skills... Here are some updated pics of the irons painted
Plans are basically finalized, just waiting for the pieces to come together now.
A couple updates to the plan:
That's about it for now. More to come.

A couple updates to the plan:
- The injectors are being upgrades to 1000/2000 pri/sec.
- We are using 2 fuel pumps to run independently to each rail.
- Water/Meth kit is going to run solely from the primary washer fluid tank and we are going to consider adding a secondary line down the road.
- Finally settled on a plateless '99 which I bought from AllRotor, just waiting for it to be delivered.
- Exedy Dual plate clutch is in along with the Apexi boost controller
That's about it for now. More to come.

The pace is starting to pick up! Almost the entire suspension overhaul has been ordered, bushings, pillowballs, Tein coils, EDFC etc.
The rotors were sent out to be clearanced and balanced.
The new plateless '99 spec bumper arrived in mint condition from what I've been told but it hasn't been mounted yet so we'll see how it turns out.
Exhaust should be mounted up shortly along with the new tranner.
I believe the VMount begins construction next week.
Still targeting completion mid to late March in time for Deals Gap!!!
I found another big purchase for the car I'm considering but it would be a project for next winter so I'm keeping my mouth shut for now while I debate it
Pictures of parts soon! Woohoo!

Build Update – 1/30/2013
Car Status: New plateless ’99 is bolted up and supposedly fits pretty well although I haven’t seen it yet. Hope to see it on Friday.
Engine status: Everything comes back from balancing this week, we are going to open the ports up a little bit more and then hopefully it should be put together sometime next week.
Other Updates: Ordering the Sakebomb dual oil coolers this week and hopefully dropping off the suspension on Friday to install. The bushings, rebuild kit, studs and almost everything else have arrived. The two issues are the VMount which I’m still waiting on. I’m excited and eager to see the quality of the kit, however I’m a little disturbed with the amount of times delivery has been pushed out. I called and spoke with them explaining my deadline to have the car completed for DDRR and have been assured that I will have the kit ready to go by week 1 of March. The other issue is with my suspension, brand new kit for coilovers with the EDFC. When the kit arrived the EDFC was missing the harness and hub, then come to find out its missing its springs too… wtf… oh well I got a good deal on them so I’m working with them to get all of this fixed. I scheduled a tune at Speed One with Dave for March 30th which should give me some breakin time (I may do a burn run to the Carolinas and back the week before to help wiht breakin)
Things left to do: I think we still have to order the pillowballs from Mazda, we are unconcerned about this as Ray from Malloy should be able to get them quickly. I need to order tires for the rims, again not terribly concerned as they should be pretty quick to order. The last I think is the meth kit but again should be a pretty easy order.
I’ve also had decent luck unloading all of my extra parts… only a few big things left – Oh and does any have any suggestions for a decent touchscreen headunit without a motorized monitor.

Props to Josh
He pointed out a Kaaz 1.5 LSD for sale which I just picked up. Needs new bearings but aside from that its in great conidition!
Had a chance to stop by the shop yesterday and see the work in progress. Motor is slowly coming together! Should be finished by the end of this week or early next week we think.
Now I just need to debate whether to pickup new axels now (ugh more money) or wait for the current ones to snap before picking up level ones from Driveshaft Shop!!
Also a speical thanks to Allrotor for coming through with a great quality plateless front bumper for me. Gotta say all my dealings with him have been top rate, although he pushes a hard bargain when he's buying from me ;-)
P.S. I took some pics of the turbo setup and motor in progress but won't have them up till later today or tomorrow.

Ordered the AEM coil setup from C. Ludwig. Hoping to see that in a week or two. Was trying to get my hands on a RE-Medy water pump but haven't problems finding it. May end up going with an OEM replacement.
I also tried to order the Driveshaft shop axels with no luck, eta 4 weeks.... ugh this is depressing.
Oh well, got to watch Rich work on my rotors yesterday to prep them for the RA seals. Aside from that the motor is just waiting to be assembled.

I agree completely, I just can't seem to find any of the Driveshaft level 1s in stock anywhere. I'm thinking I will probably just order the RP ones this weekend if I can't find any by tomorrow.
I also forgot to update that I'm selling the BMW in favor of an F150 to trailer the RX7 to longer distance meets/track events. Should be coming in March 14th, just in the time for the car to be completed (I hope).

More PICS! I have some at home too that I need to add.
Half the VMount arrived today and the fuel pump carrior finally shipped!
I also have a line on a 20ft enclosed trailer I'm going to look at this weekend.
@Jaaf - Yeah dude, like 15 min from Parx. I've been trying to get people to meet up in this area for a couple years with no success.
