Rotech Motorsports 20B build

I wanted to do this for a long time. Unfortunately there has always been something holding me back, but now I have decided to pull the trigger, and I think this deserves a thread since I am having a good friend of mine do the build for me. Although I have done a couple of 2 rotor builds myself and had dreams of opening a shop I have been impressed by the craftsmanship of a shop I did some work for in recent years. Rotech Motorsports has been around the Central Florida area for about 3 years and I have seen the owner, Rohan bring this shop up from a startup to what it is now. He does all sort of conversions but it seems that rotaries have always run in his blood.
So to kick this off I want to start from the beginning, I started with a two rotor experiment, but to not to put too much emphasis on my Frankenstein of a motor, I will just show one pic of the before to kick this build thread off,

Now since we have officially started this build already with the removal of the motor and cleanup of the engine bay and a repaint using the factory code to refresh the engine bay, this is something that all of Rotech Motorsports cars get as part of their build. Here are some of the before and after pics,
