Attach the filler tool to the sidearm regulator outlet coupler
Starting by pressurizing the front reservoirs
Attach the no-air-loss chuck on the reservoir shrader valve
Sidearm bottle hands-free holster with the new insulated overalls (appreciated new add - temperatures have been dipping into the F*teens in the northeast)

Turn the chuck to depress the center valve core open
Open the shock filler valve
Slowly turn the regulator **** open while watching the gauge on the shock filler getting to the desired pressure
Slowly open the filler tool to begin pressurizing the reservoir, fine tune closing to get to the desired level
Close the filler tank valve and remove the chuck from the reservoir shrader valve
Repeat at the other three corners
And I can finally say my dampers are now fully installed
JRZ's recommended pressure range is 150psi (10bar) to 350psi (24bar)
I set my dampers to Front 220 psi and Rear 170 psi
Between the 250 at all four corners our of the box from JRZ and Bryan's F200 / R150 recommendation

F = lifting force in kg
P = pressure inside the reservoir in bar
d = diameter of the pistonrod in cm
Anyone else who has done this knows it is a mundane process
Now I know how to use this new tool, and have a new fine tuning component to dial in on the track
Checked that box, short term goals are ○ to get the front Super Now shortened sway bar brackets in, ○ Improved Racing sway bar end links in, and ○ reset the front KTS UCA length taking the preload heim deflection out
Happy New Year - wishing you All a happy, healthy, and successful 2026!
