Today's update:
Today I took the steering rack, water pump housing, and tranny braces to work with me. I took a couple hours off to work on my own stuff. I am taking the quill out so our VERY experienced welder can weld it up tomorrow. Let me just say, taking apart the steering rack was FUN
. I split my pinky open REAL good. I know about bending back the tabs on the rack to remove the tie rods but this is not working 
. I still managed to pull out the smaller shaft and removed the bearing and all those other pieces. That was about it for today.
Tomorrow I should have the quill welded up. I will also tape off certain areas on the water pump housing, sandblast it, and get it ready for paint. Same with the tranny braces. You would be shocked at how good the pieces look when I do this process

I have not installed the seals and bearing on the steering rack just yet. Tomorrow I should have the rack finished up. I ordered polyurethane bushings for the steering rack from Rishie at AutoRnD for $45. Also, I purchased new tie rod boots (inner and outer) as well as ALL of the nuts and bolts for the rear suspension. I also purchsed all of the hardware that holds up the fuel lines under the car. Together, all of the rear suspension hardware, fuel line hardware, and steering rack dust boots was $495.
I removed the old subframe, cleaned up EVERYTHING, and used 3M Rubberized Undercoating on the entire bottom of the car. I purchased a rear subframe from AICrotary and it was in GREAT shape. I cleaned it up really well and painted it Titanium Blue. Brand new OEM hardware now supports the new rear subframe and everything is torqued to Spec. The entire bottom of the car is SOOOO clean!
I also took the brace that links the tranny and differential together to my local Powdercoater. He sandblasted the entire unit and powdercoated it in a Pitch Black OEM color. It looks better than new.
Last week I returned my RX7Store's Ultimate fuel kit and purchased the CJ Motorsports Serious fuel kit
. I got the rails in Black to match the rest of the car. This kit looks SWEET.As for supplying those lines... I called Jason at RX7Store.com today and ordered 2 Bosch 044 fuel pumps. We also decided on 12 ft of -6 fuel line, a couple bulkhead connectors, and a -6 Y connector (2 into 1). I also designed a new cover for the fuel tank and had it machined out of 1/4" thick 6061 Aluminum. This thing looks nice. I will be posting pics this weekend of the progress. She is ALMOST there....

For some reason I can't post anymore pics tomnight. I need to know what all to keep in my MANUAL steering conversion. I already removed the main seal/piston on the main rack. I already had the small parts welded and now I need pics of the input shaft and everything on it. All of the threads on here are so old that the pics have expired. Any help would be appreciated.

I'll try and take some pictures of the conversion as I do it sometime this week and post up a newer write-up. I'm doing it with the help of a local guy who has done it to two of his miatas and the steering racks are very similar.

All the parts in picture in terms of the ones that came off the pinion shaft will be going back on including the bearing. The only parts you aren't putting back on the steering rack internally will be the piston seal and the rubber seal the butts up to it.
Other than that you can pull the hardlines off and plug whatever you want depending on you want to do it.

Small Update...
Friday, my parts came in from Jason at RX7store. A bunch of -6 AN fittings and line for fuel delivery.
This weekend I cleaned up the Front Subframe, tie rods, steering rack mounts, and the outer casing of the steering rack. After everything was sandblasted and cleaned up real good, I painted them with the Titanium blue and Gold flake and they look great. I was hoping to have the engine/tranny installed this weekend but I had to work some overtime to build a prototype piece.. Oh well, that'll be more money for the build! Hopefully this week everything will start to come together a lil more!

Drumroll please.....
The engine/tranny is in the car!!! Now, quick question..
I am using 2 steel motor mounts with the banzai poly mounts and banzai oil pan brace. I have read that ALL of the engine mounts are the same (aluminum, steel, driver's side, pass side, etc.). With that being said, MY engine APPEARS to be sitting in the bay at a slight angle. The main pulley seems to be pointing more torwards the driver's side just so slightly. Is this an optical illusion or what? The mounts lined up good, trannny is lined up inside the car perfectly, just looks like it is angled a bit...
Any input??
