I agree with Zoom Zoom. Like I have stated before, I have heard alot about "G", and through my current experience on my build thread, I am now believer of other stories. I also had an incident shortly after my disconnect with "G" over 3 months ago, but I wouldn't go into details because that's not whats important here. But just because I'm now a believer of that does not mean I need to disclose what I have heard on public forum. Its not my place and my bigger concern is what's at hand and what clearly is a false accusation of my character, my event, those involved in the event, and ultimately belittling Rich's feature on Modified Magazine.

Those Spirit R seats were in MUCH better condition than mine. Only those understand why having a mint Spirit R seats are so much harder than to just recovering them. Just look at all the new Mazda parts he put on this car.. Attention to detail was superb!!!

Please READ his comment again... A completely un-bias guy, taking his time to join the forum and posting this comment.. I will SAY, NONE OF MY PHOTOGRAPHERS did this for me. NONE!!!! And i think I'm a pretty nice guy, offering to take them out to dinner and such... But RICH, He is a genuinely nice guy. This is another reason why I am SO ******* PISSED because this nice guy is getting what is one of high lights of his rotary ownership to be belittled by such false statement. Hope you guys understand my anger about this... as its not just about me.... Its also about others.. and consequent DGRR events and others who won as "G"'s statement carries over and god knows what others that don't know me, wanting to attend, wanting to enter the show, will think....

yeah that alternator pulley takes the cake. that is an amazing car. i saw it at dgrr 2012 but didn't actually get a chance to look at it that closely.

I always wondered what an FD3S would look like in matte black. I can say it looks beautiful

I know I've never really had good luck with rotary shops since my Batmobile has a lot of unproven stuff done to it, making it very difficult to ever run right and my anxiety always getting the best of me while it's away, making me complete psychotic. But I know its day will come where it will win a show or a feature and tell a story. But I know that story is not ready to told yet. Maybe not for another 10 years...

I know I do not have any room to talk and I've been a total dick to some people. But we used to be a family where we all got along and helped each other. Gordon has helped me out with storing my car and Rich has rebuilt my engine when I got back from Iraq: these are just two examples of the help I've received. Without both of them, I do not know what I would have done. That help is what makes all of us a community. I just ask that we put our differences aside and become a community again.

no. we'd just like an account of these events that you've eluded to. recounting events that took place is not an accusation, it's just a journal of what happened. people can come to their own conclusions afterward, which is exactly the opposite of what you're doing. you're basically saying gordo and david hayes are scum, but not willing to expound on the details that would substantiate or invalidate your claim. we want the opposite of that, just provide the facts and keep your accusations to yourselves.

again, it's your camp that that goes around talking about shedding light on the whole situation, getting everything out in the open, and that truth will set us free. then you turn around and say i only want to talk about what i want to talk about. everything else is a private matter, waah, waah, waah. i don't know how to better explain it to you, but that's the very definition of hypocrisy. either have a full open and honest discussion for the forum like you claim guys claim you want or stfu altogether.

WOW, Just read through the whole thing. It boggles me that this is happening here. I love this forum because it is one of the few forum where there is a HUGE true brotherhood among us rotor heads and it suck to see it being broken down over some arguments/hearsay...whatever.

I just hope next year event, this will not affect it at all. I'll be moving back to Virginia during that time and I'm planning to attend for the first time as I will be driving by the area during that time. Lets just hope I can find an FD by then. Either way FD or Pathfinder I'm planning to be there.
