Attain large capacitu gear box oil sump , it adds another quart , improves cooling and greatly aids in increasing the torsional ridgidity 0f the gear boxes case.
OS giken 5 speed gearset inside.
Also shown is part of the custom 4" SS exhaust system that I am working on.
Drive shaft shop axles;
Greddy Large capacity diff cover , OS Giken superlock LSD and 4.44 ring and pinion gears inside ;
Pics showing custom diff girdle and rear subframe reinforcement;

Thanks again , its a single GT4508R with a ss 1.0 Tial exhaust housing.
I really would like to take the credit , but like everything else , its been done before !!

My custom water injectors ! started off life as a dummy injectors , ended up as these !
Assembled Rail
Installed
Part of the sensing / control system , the ECU monitors the line pressure and controls the pump to hold 150PSI , it also starts the pump once injection starts
Will post the rest of the sensing and control devices later on.

I really find this difficult to believe since its schedule 10 steel , I've seen a few manifolds in my time using thinner material without this problem, I guess time will tell.

Cool Build. I would probably put some rubber grommets under the intercooler brackets to give it a bit of give since you arent using couplers. Wouldnt want to crack anything. Your setup is very different and very busy. Cant wait to see it done.

Another necessary addition to the project , I decided to get it now because I anticipate a **** load of uncontrollable power !!! because i've had two literal "run ins" with local pavements !!!! and lastly because my ecu manufacturer (ViPec) has been promising TRUE 4 wheel traction control for four years now !! with no delivery date in sight !!!

Yes , once you get the adapter module its no problem.

Whilst waiting on a couple fittings to finish my twin 044 install into the CJ mount (yes , I got one thanks ....CJ Guy !) I am doing some powder coating , everything will be done in semi-gloss black , I will post up final pics when its all done.

For now I plan to just do the splice (with plugs) for the injector interface , I will complete later on , my goal now is to get her started.

I am using an oval 5" bore BORLA XR1 as the midpipe/resonater and twin circular XR1's , 4" mid pipes at the back ,awesome sound and no backpressure !!! more pics to come.

Very nice & tidy build. Enjoying all the pics and updates. Im putting together an FD myself with oddly similar build specs. Had a couple inquiries. Any reason other than cost that you didn't go with the GTX42R? Similar flow, better response(especially considering you're running an undivided manifold & Tial V-band turbine housing), smaller package. Who did you have do the Semi-PP porting? Hi , when I did this build for the first time (about 3 years ago) the GTX series hadn't been released yet ,so initially I used a 1.28 A/R devided T4 housing and twin 44 wastegates which my motor had no problem spooling. I chose the GT45 over the 102mm GT42 because of the huge turbine wheel of the 45 knowing that peri ports are sensative to backpressure. Now I have decided to switch to the tial because I wanted to try a smaller A/R (1.0) to see if I would get the same(due to the combined manifold) or even better spool response, and along with my new intake manifold set up I hope to produce a fatter and wider torque curve making an overall , very fast car.,The weight saving were also a consideration ! the difference between the two is enormous! I will also be upgrading to a GTX 4508 in the very near future
, more floow @ less pressure = more HP + more reliability!The porting was done by my machinist under direction from my engine builder , he alone knows the timing of the ports , but I have looked at many photos and its very similar to " working ones" done by others, due to the positioning of the ports on the housings and the matching ports on the manifold the variance is fairly limited .
For the suspension I am running a set of ZEAL function coil overs , Wide Foot Racing sway bar mounts with stock R1 sway bars , Improved Racing trailing arm and camber bars in the rear .One of the last upgrades on the cards would be a complete set of supernow solid aluminum bushings throughout , wheels are black 17X10 5 Zigen FNRC 001s.
