I would add a set of r7420 plugs( 9/10, or 10/11 depending upon boost pressure), a water injection kit, and a new engine/ignition wiring harness. Everything else looks great

Water injection is not completely necessary below 16psi, above this on pump gas a smart idea..

I think map the CAR to safe boost Max 1.0 bar for road/strip and occasionally track day.
The engine is shipped in italy whit consegnato.com. but no suggest this anymore for cardboard box end another problems
I don't know the difference between RHD to LHD for harness, my car is JDM import. not UK model.
Someone help for harness?
I try to change mine, but I'm not sure of a good result

Why in this guide does not change the harness?
I could not do the same?

New wheels look really nice. I like the look better in the grainy picture since it makes them look like they match the car a bit better, but the style is definitely good.

im tackling a turblown td61 building myself! Really happy with the turbo and mine is just the journal bearing one.. not as fancy as yours lol. I wont be running water injection either. Just 14psi pump gas on my original motor w/ 50k miles.

You have some ***** to drive the FD in rome! Ive been there 3 times and I can easily claim Romans as being the craziest, scariest, and ballziest drivers. And I travel a lot! Parking the FD in rome is a warrant for dings and scratches too.
PS: I rented a vespa for a few days in Rome. Never again.

What do think?

RW big bore throttle body
CNC Cut Billet aluminum Throttle body housing, (90mm FD) single blade.
Sealed Roller bearings. Uses Stock TPS sensor from 3rd Generation Rx7s.
Direct bolt on stock throttle cable location.
Stock idle control valve (FD ONLY)
Stock throttle body intake elbow or aftermarket intake elbow compatible.
Increase horsepower with aftermarket turbo setup, faster throttle response.
Will support High horsepower boosted Rotary Engines.

You should probably read some of the reviews on that product. A number of owners have had issues with the company and their products. Do a search. Good luck!
