Feeling really good about everything lately as well. Getting a lot of positive feedback and i'm happy to be where I'm at currently. I'm happy I completed my goal of hitting all 7 Competition rounds this season. It's as much as a statement that I was able to show up to all 7 let alone drive the car hard at each! There was only one mechanical failure the whole season and that was something that was just bound to happen. 1 blown Transmission isn't bad though. Especially since I hustled and beat it in a few days which allowed me to compete that next friday. I'm going to keep pushing!
Hey Aaron do you remember that very Iconic picture of you with your arms up in your garage with your eyes set on the Wolf as it sat there in dire straits questioning what to do next. Do remember the road to this point?
All I have to say is...Inspiring!
Keep push'n dude you're doing an excellent job!

Small Pic Update:
Did a little bit of work on my side skirts... still not 100% happy with how they align with the rest of the kit so I wanted to try and do what I could to make it better. Came up with a skirt add on. Extending them about an inch and a half. But since i'm an idiot OR my phone is jacking... or both...for some reason I don't have the pic pfft. I'll get it to you guys asap.
But here are some additional photos
Me and and my buddy Meliton, His car over at Rad Industries is coming out sick!

Got some new Caps to rock from day to day! Weird they actually fit me. The owner Brian looked at my head and was like... "Bruhh" I gotcha... When I was telling him how I always looked like a jack hole in hats haha.

I'm still loooooving this Diffusor. Lined up really well. Can't believe how well actually....

The Suit and the Hat are legit... But Thursday Night Drift was awesome. I really want to do the next one as well.

Drive!

And Lastly but not least.... If you guys are at all available to come to one drift event all year.... come to this one. All Star Bash 2016. Should be over 150 Cars DRIVING ranging from Grass-roots to Pro-Am. I'm just happy my car made the flyer haha!! Check it!! and if any of you guys are on Instagram... Hit me up! and let me know who you are so I can follow you back! It's always good to have my 7club Bros around! @AAPARKAH

More Updates soon!
Stay tuned for some exciting Updates!!! thanks guys!!

quick Update!
Lots brewing guys!! I'm really excited!!
did a little experimenting with my own Skirt Add On's.... Not sure if I like them 100% So Idon't know if they'll make it onto the car. But Active brainstorming is good fun!
Top is the skirt un-touched..bottom is with the add on I made

Pulled off the Number plates from the Just Drift Series and what do you know...pulled up my paint off the door with it haha. This stuff was a royal pain in the *** to get off the door. Next year i'm going to be putting vinyl down before I put my numbers on.

Got some cheap E-bay Quick release front bumper kit. Solid construction for 8 bucks haha

Install process

Installed...came out pretty good!

Fixing OE mirror holes the correct way =-)

Light Flake.... To ensure that it pops when the sun hits it but it still retains the deep luster that black can emit!

I didn't sleep a wink on Wednesday... I spent the whole day fitting the panels 100% So that I could drop the car off in the Hoonigan Booth at Formula Drift Irwindale! Moments like these will always remain in my thoughts..

My Sisters and brothers came as well as my extended family showed up on Sunday! Pretty excited to have them out. Not very frequently they can all be in one place at the same time. Really excited they were able to make it out!

HTM

When your on that hot lap and your tire explodes at speed

When you wait 6 months for genuine Aero, and it looks beautiful... then you try a 4th gear entry on Streets and lick the barier. It's crazy...because I knew I was going to hit it... but I guess the speed really does something extra in terms of force haha. no damage to anything mechanical... just hit the barrier at about 75 right on the drivers side corner. I don't know if I can fix it..but i'm going to try. Anyone have a knock off Vertex front they're looking to sell? I miss that bumper...
although this one was sooo nice..

New Coilovers came in the mail Yesterday! Can't wait to put them on. Coming from 3+year old Stance Xr's with 8/10 Spring rates to these... Custom Valved/custom length body, set up for my car specifically... with 12/14 Spring rates... Should make the car much easier to settle and overall.....easier to drive. I can't wait to get them on and feel the difference!!!
Special Thanks to TF Dave for going above and beyond with me with these coilovers. Full Customer Service and giving a little guy like me a Top of the line Pro Service.... I'll never forget this and I'm just too lucky to be able to call Stance Suspension one of my Sponsors!!

And check out NelsonAerial's Video of our Team Tandem run with the WyldStallyns!!
IN order of Appearance:
Lead: Micki Frial

Third: Aaron Parker
Fourth: Mario Partida

Update: “Worlds in Dreams….Dreams to Reality”
Jams: Tatreal – “Show me Your Attention”
Wow guys… It’s truly been one hell of year. I wish I could bring each and every one of you guys along for the ride. The sense of adventure….fulfillment and real belonging to something much larger than I could have ever imagined…just is. And I wish I could share that with everyone.
So let’s take a step back and remember 7-8 years ago when I would stay up far past midnight on youtube and find 100% satisfaction in watching videos of this crazy 4-rotor simply idling, I remember getting chills. Watching this crazy guy from New Zealand who I could only imagine was the coolest guy on the planet to drive that car the way he did…The inspiration must’ve gone much deeper than I had originally imagined. Because it, along with many other events pushed me to learn as much as possible about these engines and set up’s as possible. I wanted to build this fd as best I could…and I wanted to drive it on the track…and eventually that progression lead me to drifting..and some of the best friends I’ve come to know. I met a guy named Dan Burkett who I later found out built the GTC inspired Supra on the cover of Super Street Magazine. His Build Inspired me and made me try my hardest to copy in terms of Ducting and over-all Cleanliness and purpose based performance in terms of construction and how I wanted my engine bay to look. I honestly have no clue how we even met..but we hit it off immediately. We were the same type of person…and we both had the same experience with shops not doing things the correct way….thus taking the build into our own hands to ensure things were done the way we knew they should be done. Dan Burkett is now “Rad Industries” And the only guy I’d go to for Fabrication on my car…or future builds…. ;-). Dan gave me a ticket to a drift event I wouldn’t have attended because I didn’t have a ticket… and I had told myself that I could either A) Be the guy up in the stands watching the cars I loved.. or B) Be the guy in the cockpit of the car that I Love… No one was going to finish my car for me. I Opted out of going to watch Formula Drift Longbeach because I wanted to get my car ready for my first Pro-Am Event in Top Drift. On Thursday night…Dan told me he had a ticket for me…But I didn’t want to spend money on a ticket…I had to save for my first event, there were things I needed… (And when I say I was saving every last penny and putting that into my car.. I mean it..and still do) He told me he had a ticket for 15 bucks that I could have for both Qualifying AND the show on Sat. I rationalized and eventually ended up compromising and going to Longbeach. That ticket Belonged to Mike Whiddett. The crazy guy I had stayed up far past midnight watching… I can’t lie.. I was really a bit shocked when I got to the event. I got to meet mike.. and went to dinner after. Hit it off with rotary and he had questions regarding my car.. We went over alignment set ups… power and driving fd-Rx7’s. The next day We watched the event and did the same. He came off as a genuinely nice guy to me and I remember leaving the event on Saturday…..so that I could get home early and work on my car. …But I remember telling myself that I was an idiot for not getting a picture with the guy or anything. Well a few days later I get a phone call from my buddy Dan and he tells me that Mike had been asking about me. He had zero else to say..which I was really curios about…but he just kept saying the same thing… “Mike was asking about you.” I had asked him what that meant…but that’s all he had to say. A couple weeks later I was in the garage working on my car and Dan called me. He said Mike had asked him to call me and see if I would be Interested in going to help them out in Atlanta for Formula Drift’s Second Round of the season. I was a little shocked….and I had work, but I immediately said yes. I found someone to cover the shifts and my boss understood what it had meant to me. Soon enough I was sitting next to one of my Hero’s…not as a fan…but as someone he was relying on to ensure that his car was ready for Battle.
I really don’t know how to replicate how I’m feeling right now… but All I can say is that when people say to follow your dreams… And that the journey will be worth it, I can tell you guys first hand that this past year has been one of the most exciting years of my life. Full Throttle…. Non-stop Hustle, Grind, no sleep. Trust! Not settling for anything less than what I know to be acceptable by not just myself..but new bench marks. Constantly pushing my own expectations higher and higher. When I make a mistake these days… I scold myself, and constantly find myself repeating mistakes I’ve watched others make.. to try and ensure I don’t repeat the same under my own circumstances. I’ve got to become one amongst the best. Always listen….and not just to those who you may think are more advanced than you.. but to those who you may not even know. They’re just as important as anyone. Talk to people…and hear them out.. let them tell you their stories…and relish in it all. Because everything matter. I’m not the best..and I know I have so much to learn, but I also wish I could tell you guys everything I’ve experienced!..there truly is sooo much! But as I sit here.. I’m thankful for this past year.. a year where I’ve finally felt that I was able to fully submerge myself in what I was good at. Where I looked forward to working a 12 hour day at the track.. getting very little sleep and doing it again. Where a 50 Hour Haul across the United States just meant that I would be able to see things I’ve never seen or experienced before.
I pushed it as hard as I could in the Wolf. Qualified 3 times in my 7 Competitioins.. placed 4th in 2 of those events and got knocked out in top 16 of Top drift. But I can use this as motivation….and I’m more motivated than ever to become a better driver. I know what I need to work on and I’m really excited to get moving into next season. The Wolf has seen 14 Full Events this season. All Successful with zero engine issues. But I’ll be pulling the engine out for a refresh…and then building another engine to really showcase what Abel Ibarra can do…as well as what I’ve learned. The engine will be assembled by myself and Abel…but using every bit of knowledge Abel has accumulated over the years. We’re not looking for much more power…but this engine will be built for Response and even more of a powerband than we already have. I’ve picked up a few KEY sponsors including Borg Warner, Stance Suspension, Status Racing Seats, and Still have my existing Partnerships with Adaptronic as well as Turbosource/Turblown. I’m just really excited to see what this next year holds. I’ve been hustling as much as possible to get my new Career started as well as solidify that I will be returning with Mike for the 2016 Formula Drift season…. And shadowing Formula Drift with my Pro-Am Events with the wolf. I can honestly say that I’m very thankful to be in the position that I’m in and I really hope that things continue to develop. I’ve learned so much..and experienced so much!
Here are some pics
