About Garage Life
We are a rotary/ fabrication shop located in southern California near Los Angeles.
We are passionate about rotary engines, and love to go tracking. We offer rotary engine rebuilds, upgrades, porting, tunning [microtech, apexi power fc, adaptronics, haltech e8/e11, sprint re]. We currently have our fd pro am fc3s 13b half bridge e85 drift car going for Formula Drift license !

For 2014 shop project, we are building a widebody fd rx7 ground up! I will be updating the build thread as the build progresses!

So far we have the car completely stripped down, and we are at removing the seam filler, sound deadening stage! Once the chassis is prepped/cleaned up we will begin the roll cage fabrication.

Some quick details of the build will consist of:

The chassis will have full 8 pt 1.5 1.20wall DOM roll cage, chassis mounted spoiler, rear diffuser, front splitter, flat bottom, fiberglass trunk, full painless chassis harness.

Engine
Semi perif bridge 13brew [either half or full bridge]
Garage Life race exhaust ports
over size studs
Rotary aviation Super seals

Custom vmount, custom turbo manifold, 4" SS TIG full exhaust

Management
Adaptronics 440

and of coarse e85 or e98 !

Sorry for the delay, been super busy at the shop!!! Had to finish some of our sponsored cars for Redline and global timeattack as well as the other engine builds and cage jobs..




Realizing that Im never going to have actual time to build during the day, I started staying up late after hours to work on the Semi P bridge engine for our fd.

The same week on Sunday we decided to come in and start prepping the chassis

Every bit of sound deadening, seam filler is removed.. Its tedious work, but it will be well worth it! I wonder what shel weigh once the cage is done..

Was thinking of going with the Projay semi p manifold kit..or mod the stock LIM

meanwhile we have another rx7 build going on.. 1st gen getting a full cage! Its running a 12a full bridge carbon seals, on holley double pumper on MSd direct fire..

We are hoping to finish both the fd and fb to race at Mazfest and 7 stock this year!
