Hi, my name is Andrew. Im from Prague, Czech republic. Land of beautiful nature, architecture.. great wine and beer. Home of Skoda, Bata shoes, and CZ guns. Small little country separating Austria from Germany, right in the heart of Europe.

Today I received finally all official papers to drive this car daily. Build took me over 8mnths. For someone its not much, but for me it really was a pain. Pain because of money, and what I had to solve during the build.

Actually I'm quite proud I did first project on my own. I'm 26, merried and now waiting for long time wanted baby It feels really like I finished what I started, because 3 years ago I used to clean dishes for 3buks/hr. A lot of cars went thru my hands, I tuned over 50 R35, 350Z, STI.. evo's.. this was my old sorta dream to have one FD. It happened when I first time felt the Wankel magic back in 2004.. I guess.. and since then no engine made me feel the same. So smooth and fly. I don't want to do crazy big tune thing here, because all I wanted to build this car as it should be. Without big mods, but only decent necessary.

I believe this is not the best romance build story out there, but hope you would enjoy to see the result.

 

Part I.

Import, body cheek and starting the job. Still was in the middle what car to build primary, original RHD or LHD. RHD has great body, good dignity.. but no engine, transmission, nothing.. LHD had engine, and could run.. but no compression and no interior.

 

new engine from Japan, with 16bit ECU, high compression and barely no miles.
