Graduated, moved, and have been busy working. Here's a small update. The engine should be done soon. Not much more to go.

My new OEM S4 low comp rotors have been lightened. Check out Chipsmotorsports in MI if you need this service done.

Bought some wheels from Sergey's House of Wheels in IL. Find him on facebook. Wheels made to your spec. I'll be purchasing another set of wheels for the track - don't worry all you stance hatters.

I'm waiting for some special rustproof paint to come in for the undercarriage & some sound-deadening paint for the interior, and then she'll be back on the rotisserie. I'll have a whole post on that step once its finished.
I'm holding you to this! I'm moving my FD chassis from my parents' back yard to storage soon. I know it will need some attention before paint. Have you made any progress on the body? I saw a comment regarding insulation but that's it.

Thanks!

Just got pics of my Bubble Tech carbon fiber door-cards in plain weave. This should allow me to run a full cage with door bars and any aftermarket seat.

I had a chance over the Christmas break to put the front and rear suspension back on the car.

Thanks to Justin Samberg for the quick turn around time on the diff cover mod and Ray Crowe for all the nuts and bolts I lost.

Shipped the car from California to Chips Motorsports in Michigan for it's final stage in the evolution. She now sits barren next to the Gold Digger, Damian's 20b FD, and a few other FDs that Chip is working on.

Check out Chip's shop in Michigan @ chipsmotorsports and on Facebook @ https://www.facebook.com/pages/Chips...1055?ref=br_tf

Chip and I have decided to go v-mount for my car since I see 100+ degree temps here in Southern California at our tracks. That means tubing the car just before the shock towers, leaving them in the stock position do to class rules.

There's still a lot of other work to be done and a few items left that I need to purchase/aren't cheap to finish the build. We're shooting to have the car finished sometime in September 2015, but we'll see about that.
