make sure you clean all your piping, IC, and manifolds thoroghly... All that work cutting, porting etc..might've gotten some metal dust/shavings or small pieces stuck in your breathing system. It'd be a shame to scar up that new motor.
P.s. have you thought about giving her a little slip and slide on a open drift day for fun? I have a feeling you'd be hooked...

teal, for some reason that color always pops into my mind when I see your screen name.

thanks for the kind words. today. sucked. didnt get it started. battery is good, tried 2 diff alternators... pfc reads 12.5-12.6 at on position but when i crank its 10.5-10.6...
also my headlights dont work and my gauge cluster doesnt light up... i feel like im forgetting something super simple but i cant figure it out.
i know all this stuff works because ive tested this out after i finished doing the rewire. (on the old motor)
besides that. i seem to have wired something wrong cuz my left turn signal is always on..............
if anyone has any idea feel free to post. ill be searching the forum for the next........... lightyear........

yes it cranks... i might not be getting enough spark. im gonna change the plugs and see if that helps...and maybe some oil in the housings.. im not sure if its electrical or what... =/
I dunno, I'm torn between street, road course, and autox. Although I've already kinda killed it for autox since I removed PS and the bitch just doesn't like to turn quick enough at those speeds w/o PS on R6s. No ABS on the street and road course is fine though. Plus I don't really want to deal with my brake system at the moment, I just need to get her running.

and jaime is doing a teal car.. not sure about his cage. i think purple tho. he knows a PC person yea idll go through him most likely.
in place of the t fitting you can put a proportioning valve which lets you control how much front/rear brake bias there is. You can also run an electric one so you can control it from the driver's seat.
i know i have a manual proportioning valve that allows you to set how much bias you want from front and rear. u still need that t fitting otherwise your L/R brakes will just be looped to each other.. unless other proportioning valves have 2 inputs and 1 out puts on them. (which mine doesnt. its a wilwood manual proportioning valve http://www.jegs.com/i/Wilwood/950/260-8419/10002/-1 )
car started but it has trouble turning on. i have to play with the throttle to get it to turn on. i think it needs more fuel... New problem, Rad fans arent turning on. could be wiring or relay. but i have faith in my wiring as everything is up to par so far (minus forgetting to plug the hids in) im hoping its something simple as replacing the relays.......
afternoon bump.
found out 2 of my fan relays are arent getting continuity. hopefully my rad fans will turn on now so i can trouble shoot if anything is wrong while the car is on!
(and loud =) )
and whats a post without a picture!??!
