I need some help. Lately I’ve been thinking of rebuilding my engine but I could use some pointers in which direction I should go.

I would like to build a reliable 2 rotor engine capable of putting out around 400-420whp. I use this car as my daily driver during the summer. So far from the information that I have collected I was thinking of having a small street port with a power FC ECU. I am uncertain of the size Fuel injections or fuel pump to go with. I would like to have a fast spooling turbo and try to run about 15 psi. The turbo's I had in mind was one of the TO4 series not too sure the difference or size of (ar) I need. I was also looking at a GT35R or gt40r. I was wondering for reliability should i run water or water/meth.

Injectors not sure
Small street port with 2mm apex.
HKS Hipower exhaust
Hi flow cat
no air pump
