Just wanted to say that over the last few years I've been a customer of Banzai Racing, they have consistently met and exceeded expectations on all the parts I purchased, in terms of customer service, quality and delivery timeliness. As an example, for my last purchase of ID1700 fuel injectors from Banzai, I called them this past Monday morning and spoke to Chris because I wasn't 100% sure on what to order fitment wise for my FD. Chris answered my questions and verified that he had the right parts in stock which I ordered online that same day. Chose the least expensive shipping option (only $10 - very reasonable these days!), and had my new ID1700's in my hands the next day (<36 hours later), and running in my FD! Previous parts ordering experiences were essentially the same, with equally great results!

Always been treated amazing by Banzai as well. Bought a tenabe medallion exhaust, pfc and a bunch of other stuff and he went above and beyond to get it shipped asap, and even got a cool mechanics shirt on my last order for free. Good customer service and being treated well goes a long way for me.

 

Agreed. Banzai / Chris has always been a great shop to deal with to get parts and sometimes some modification advice!

 

Just started my new 20B build for my Rx 7 Veilside. So far I have nothing to say except amazing things about Chris, his response time and all his input. Can’t say what a relief it is for someone to actually pick up the phone every time you call and answer your questions.
