long story short
sold this guy a shortblock and shipping company wanted more money after the motor was delivered, total came out to be 160 dollars extra.(which i had no idea why since i was quoted a lot less)
since it my fault for not getting the exact shipping quote, i made up an offer to pay for partial shipping. 100 for zac(zbrown) and 60 on me, and we BOTH AGREEDon the terms.
he told me i have his word on getting me the 100 dollars in two weeks.
told him to take his time since he sounded an easy guy to work with.

so now, i pm him over and over. no response and i see activity going on with his account. i gave the dude over a month and didnt want to post anything bad about him w/o finding out why he couldnt come up with the funs. but its been too long.

just warning everyone here this dude is a straight up liar.
