Xynic = Bad News
I paid for the DTSS eliminators from this guy on June 30th and still have not seen them, or my cash back.
This is his for sale thread:
https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-rx-7-1986-1992-parts-194/fs-everything-fc-767514/
Over the last 3 months I have given him many chances to sent me the stuff or paypal me back my money.
I have done many transaction on this forum over the years and this is my first problem. Sure, it's only 35 dollars, but that is 35 dollars that I earned. I also passed up on getting a set localy for 25 dollars because this numbnut sait it was gonna be shipped. It sucks.
Don't deal with this guy.

First of all your 1st mistake was like the one that everyone seems to make.
You don't wait 2 1/2 months!
If you don't receive something within a "Reasonable" amount of time, which is generally 10 days maximum depending where you live then there is an issue. If you contact the person and they give excuses then you post up here so that other members won't fall victim.
Now that my soap box speech is over, Did you call him?

Never let the transaction go past 45 days, once it has you can't file a dispute with Paypal. I'd say after 20-30 days MAX, put in a dispute claim just incase, never hurts to have it there and you will get your money back one way or another.
