I sent payment of $100 to White94 for a pair of headlight covers in competition yellow mica for the 1993 rx7, 3 1/2 weeks later, no item, no refund, no communication.

Have you just been contacting him on the forum? Tried his email? Also, has he been on the forum since? As long as you haven't received anything yet, Paypal is good about refunds, I believe. So, just dispute it over there and escalate to a claim if he doesn't respond there within a few days. Hopefully, you'll get your refund soon enough.

that pm threw a red flag at me "the CYM pair is in good condition could use a buffing but not dented at all and clearcoat still good on it. how can they dent? and its always good to ask for pics with todays date and forum name. not saying you didnt take precaution, but it happened to me recently with a "reputable" person.
