im still waiting for my money or my parts scammer,is being a long time dont tell me that you got no money at all cause if you do you are a piece **** liar

 

The time has long passed to get a formal complaint filed with his local police, I know you said that you spoke with them about it, but you need to be on the phone wiht them ASAP asking whats happening and pushing the issue big-time. That is whats going to get you your money back, if anything, at this point.

If you have not pressed charges, I would do so immediately.

 

For all of you that got scammed by somebody let me tell you that the police sucks and that paypal is the biggest scam of all times,they will never give you your money back if the scammer does not have money on his account,Just to let you know buddy you stole my money and i will hunt you down i dont care how long it takes bitch

 

With all the kind words floating around, i think i'll give my side...

joey agreed to buy a motor from me, but asked if i could take care of all the shipping, with a quote from serveral shippers we agreed on a sum of i beleive 300 plus 170 for shipping, then he sends me the money and THE Address to which send the motor, this is were things get shaky....
i arrange for a bill of land(standard frieght shipping form) and the total comes to way more then the shipping company quoted me for... but i can't very well ask joey to change our agreement.. so this is really my fault for quoting too low, or some sort of mis communication. at the time i had no job and joeys money was already handed over to the landlord for rent. i told him repeadily, i will refund his money, but to give him money, i needed to make money with my paypal, which he then caused to be locked up, if i can sell parts i cant make money, this is why its taken soo long... luckily i've got a steady job again, and have the money i can give back to joey, but not for any reason other then my repuation on this forum.

everythread he interferd with my business needs to be addressed, i would have been able to sell serveral high doller items and made joeys money back and refunded it along time ago but he repeadedly tells people i am a scammer and can't be trusted, despite others who have my back as an honest and fair seller.

i will have to go setup a new bank account and a new paypal, and then get it verified to do all this.

as far as the motor its self goes, i still have it, 2 weeks ago i made a water pump housing adapter for the shop to test coolant jackets on rotary engines, and i can assure it held 15 psi for 1 hour, before i let it bleed out, and compression is AUDIABLE... but i dont have specific numbers. its a good motor, and it will probably into a spair rx7 at the shop. if you can take care of the shipping i will still let you have the motor, for 300, and i will refund the 170 shipping... you take the 170 and put with whatever it cost you to get it, either gas or frieght, or you can take all your 470 dollers a shove it up your *** for being the most fustrating customer i've ever delt with, and personally, i really dont have to deal with it at all... i've been scammed before, and youalready know, there wasnt **** i could do about it...

This is probably related to your second problem of taking peoples' money to pay for your own personal gain. OTHER PEOPLES' MONEY IS NOT FOR YOU. It is for getting the product to the person as advertised.

and you wont make any money on this forum because everybody knows that you are a SCAMMER.We agreed on a price then you told me that the freight company wanted more money(after you already got all my info and talked to the freight company and quoted me the 170 for frieght)then you offered me 2 options the first you asked for more money(almost 2 weeks after i sent you the 470)and the second a refund,i picked a refund because it took you almost 2 weeks to tell me that you needed more money and at that point everything started to make sense(I got scammed)so you tell me who fucked up?they guy that took the money and didnt deliver or the one that wanted the money back?Is that how you run a bussines?C-mon dude,i have money problems 2 and i dont go around stealing peoples money and if i sell something i keep the money until the buyers get back to me and tells me that he is fine with the item,that is how you run a bussines buddy,if people does not want to buy anything from you is your own fault dont try to make this sound like you are the victim here,here we go again i can post all the pms that i have about you telling me dont worry im gonna get your money back(and you never did)or about the other deal that i offered you about sending me some parts that i needed instead of the motor and you never did,did you remember about that?see i tried to work something out with you and you didnt you simply stopped communication and now that people know about your dirty games your trying to clean up you name.If you got scammed before and you didnt or couldnt do anything sorry but i will and i been doing something about it and is telling people to be carefull when dealing with you and aparently it worked and yes if you give me my money back i will make you happy and stick it up my ***,cry baby scammer

if you really wanted to refund my money they sell this thing call MONEY ORDERS that you can buy at almost any small bussines and mail it to me and second you dont need to get verified in other to send me a refund,well you need to open up a paypal account that i doubt that you will get(thanks to you) so i guess that your screw.If i found somebody else that got scammed by you and wants to file a complain i will call the FBI again and try to get the case reopened(im such a dumbass because i dropped the charges)

I live in Ireland and thankfully fellow rotary owners I have purchased from on this forum have been awesome with communication and with shipping and i'm grateful for this!
I mean,what the f**k could I do if I got scammed?Apart from informing the docs(who in my word do a great job in trying to cut down on scammers like this!) and ruining the scammer!
Paypal suck *** BIGTIME!!!!I agree.I got stiffed €300 for a boost controller by a seller in the uk and same **** again,no funds in the account.Suffered a big loss there!
These scammers make my **** dribble and I hope you get sorted money and this guy gets served!

if you used half that energy appropriately, you could have already gotten results. I dont care how many times I hear someone say that the police wont do anything, I was told the same thing by police in FL when I got scammed on an ebay sale once. Well, I didnt lay down for that garbage, and because I didnt, the lady that screwed me out of money not only had to pay me back, but most of the other people she scammed, and she's now a convicted felon too. Its up to YOU---would you rather talk trash on and on, or would you rather get this issue handled?? your choice....
