WARNING Dont do bussines with lastphaseofthis(scammer)
I feel like its my responsabilty as a member of this forum to bring this to the light so nobody else get scammed by this guy.Member lastphaseofthis posted a S4 NA engine on the for sale forum https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=740709 a month or so ago,after talking to him and getting a shipping quote from dnafreight.com we agree 470.00 dollars(300 for just the block and 170 for shipping)On april 7 payment was sent via paypal,a couple of days later i contacted him and he said that the engine was on a pallet that he was getting ready the bill of lading and that he will get back to me soon and he didnt.On 03-16-08 he opened up another for sale thread parting out some cars https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=739431 and i contacted him again because i wanted some other parts and i pmed him asking for prices and to see if he can ad the parts the the engine skid and he never got back to me,he did in fact said that he took the cars to the crusher and that no parts were avaliable.On 03-17-08 i contacted him again asking him what happen he said that the shipping company wont let him drop the motor that they wanted to pick it up and they will charge another 50.00 dollars or the other options was taking the motor to another terminal some 100 or so miles away,we talk about it and we agree that it was getting way to expensive to ship this motor(he spending gas money and me more money on shipping)so he offered a full refund on 04-20-08 and he never did,i been trying to contact him via pms and he wont answer,i did filed a paypal claim but he didnt get back to them, lastphaseofthis let us hear you side of the story now in fact i dare you to post your lies in here,you know that you cant post in here cause you are full of **** and i can prove it,you got the last pms and you now what is gonna happen,talk to you later,see you soon buddy

our last conversation(update)
here is the last pm that i sent him
today i spoked to Chief Mike Comalander and Captain Steve Griffis from City of Fairhope Police Department located in 107 North Section Street about what its going on and for my surprise i dont need to go down there in order to do anything i can just fax or e-mail prove of what is happening and they can help me out off course paypal will get the report.The police will contact you or if you wish you can call them 251 928-2385,I know that you are reading my PMs(thanks mods you guys rock) so you cant lie about it plus i have saved all the pms,why bother and get your rx7club account suspended(you are not following the rules)for stealing other peoples money and get your paypal account taken away and maybe a police record for 470.00 dollars,Get back please i really didnt want to do this but you gave no other choice

like i said 3 days ago, i PHYICALLY cannot send my bank account into negitive, it WON't allow me, there is about 8 dollers in there. if i had your money i would give it, it's not like i am refusing to refund, i told you i would give you a refund, but unless i sell the block first, i don't have the money to give back, some one is coming to purchase one of my cars today, and i am going to wind up taking alot less then the car is worth, just to pay you back you're money and make right this situation.
I also find it Ironic, that you' can't make this trip to get the motor( and save the 170 in shipping in the first place) but to file a police report you're more then willing to come? if you're thinking of comin down here, come get the motor! i mean thats not rocket science....

woah, hold on there dude. i did business with him, i will agree he always plays the "im too broke game" and it did take 2 weeks for a measly bunch of wires, but still. i dont know if hes a scammer considering ive dealt with him. he seemed fine. needs to have MUCH better communication, but besides that, i dont think a scammer.

I like how these guys always state something like My access to my computer has been shut off. Have you ever heard of the public library? How about a cafe or book store that has access to computer usage? The local college? I could go on and on but what's the point?

I gave they guy a chance,he contacted me a couple of days ago saying that he was selling hes gtu and that he will get my money back it did not happen here is his message and to be honest i dont care about his situaccion cause he didnt care about mine and he took my money,

paypal decided the claim in my favor but did not got my money back(they suck guys be very carfefull with paypal)they opted to get the ic3s involved in this and all the corresponded paperwork has bein filed,his paypal account is been suspended at least,now let see what happens,magnus222 dont worry about it everything is good bro and im glad that bussines bewtwen you 2 went good

Paypal decided the claim in my favor but did not get my money back(be very carefull guys they fu$#%^ suck)there explanation was that they tried to get my funds back from his account but he did not have any funds avaliable at this time,i decided to contact the ic3 division and file the report and go from there,the seller contacted me and informed me that he does not belive that paypal did not gave me my money back but that he is trying to do something to get my money,if he does in fact get my money i will cancel the reports(charges)and let everybody know about.

At least he wont scam anybody else in here plus he is getting in trouble with the law(again)thanks to ic3 division,they contacted me today and the are moving forward with the investigation,now paypal sucks and they dont want to give any more info(paypal policies)you need to be scumbag to take somebodys money like that with out feeling guilty,that was my hard earned money and thanks to him im fu&^(*&up now but dont worry he is gonna pay it

It's asshats like this that make it harder for the rest of us to sell stuff on the forums. I usually have to sell on local forum anymore just because of these **** discharges. It makes me sick and makes life harder. I dont care how broke you are you dont take peoples money unless you plan on makeing good with your part of the deal!

doesn't sound like a scammer, but more a mismanagment of money. paycheck to paycheck lifestyle...been there done that, but thankfully I never wound up in a situation where I owed other people money...somehow I managed to make a lot of people owe me money (probably part of the reason I was broke). Thankfully I'm way smarter with that lesson learned...well. I bought the FD so that probably wasn't the smartest move. Good luck on getting your money back. Luckily I've had great experiences on the forums with just a few nicks and chips that were neglected from being mentioned. I haven't be burned in the past 6 years...but I do remember that. Dude wound up going to jail...lot of good that did me. Didn't but online for years after and would only buy from people that were within *** beating distance. Best of luck on getting this resolved.
