Okay first off I'm very sorry guys for putting you through the ring around. I know I haven't been on the forum for a good month and a half and it was partially because of the problems I have started with the selling of parts.

I am not trying to scam you guys all though it seems like it, due to the fact that you haven't recieved the parts and I haven't refunded ur money back to you guys.

Let me tell you that I am not trying to scam you and am working on making this straight with everyone that has bought something and hasn't recieved it yet. I am in a big bind right now with money due to trying to go back to school and some other unfortunate events. I have stopped school due to the financial burden on me from it and am working on replenishing my accounts.

I will be refunding all the money back to the members that have bought something and did not recieve it.

Again I am just trying to make this right, and I know I am in the wrong for going about the way that I did. I hope you guys see this and read this and, to the guys I owe stuff to if you have any questions please feel free to pm me or e-mail me and I will let you know what happened and how i plan to get your money back to you.

Sorry again for all the problems and confusion.

 

here's the deal--

the only reason why I am typing this post is because we have been told this same thing time and again from people so many times I cannot count. Simply put, I am here to make sure that you follow through. If you do, then I will be the first in line to thank you for standing up and taking care of business, and hopefully you can use it as a learning experience.

If you don't, I promise you that three complaints will be filed with your local police department, and the criminal charges will include grand larceny, which is a major felony. I dont think you want that on your record....I urge you to take that promise seriously, I dont bluff.

So, to date, we have the following:

FS_WTB, owed $310
Justjeff, owed $140
totpkg, owed $90

You need to provide a reasonable solution for paying these people back, and then it needs to happen. At this point, I would usually recommend that the two parties take the conversation private, but since it will all end up here anyways, its probably better to just put it here.

If anyone else sent this seller money and did not get their parts, post about it and you will be added to the mix.

Communication is your best friend right now--if you had communicated with people already, this thread might not even be here!

 

i absolutely HATE when people post "money problems" as their excuse for not coming through with parts. you were SENT MONEY TO COVER THE PARTS AND SHIPPING! You had the money in your hand and chose to NOT ship them....That is theft...plain and simple. File the charges guys...end of story. Maybe he'll learn his lesson the hard way.

 

I don't really want the answer, but my first question is...why is it 2 months later that you are communicating?

Once I have a money in my hand, as well as FS_WTB and totpkg has their's I'll be more concerned and have more sympathy for your financial situation. Until that time comes I hate to say it but it sounds more like excuses. I don't mean that in a hardass kind of way. I mean it simply in an actions speak louder than words. Getting on the forums and making contact with us is someplace to start....and can be the difference between police getting involved and it being settled here.

The next step is sending each of us you owe money an email/PM, as well as posting in this thread to keep the community updated...though I know I'll be updating on my own. If you feel you need to explain why you've got money problems that is fine and I'll read it. But I personally don't need to know. If I don't have enough to pay my electric, the electric company isn't too terribly concerned with why...they are concerned with when. I would much more appreciate information involving when I'll be getting refunded.

 

Jeff, if we dont see a good effort into getting this planned by the end of the week, go ahead and fax your papers to me and we will continue with the criminal complaint. I already have Ken's info. I am not prepared to dick around and watch this drag out into more months of hoping.

 

Ok guys that is fair enough. I know I should have come foward early to let you guys know and that is my fault. I know their are scammers on here that feed the same old song and dance and I am not like that. I will do my best to get you the money back asap.

First off let me say sorry for not sending those out to you. I truely thought I did, but found them sitting in my garage the other day. Anyways, I know I owe you only $90 and should get it back to you asap, but I have drawn up a plan of getting all you guys the moey back at the same time. I plan on giving you $45 back on my next paycheck which is next friday, and from there I will get the remainder of the balance on the paycheck after that. I hope this will work for you. Again I am sorry that things came to this and that I wasn't more up front and let you guys know the situation.

Now, thanks for responding ... I just wonder wouldn't it be easier just to box 'um up and ship them (prob cost you ~ $10) ... as opposed to a refund.

I bought these because I wanted them, and you stated they were is great condition. This almost seems as tho you had planned on scamming us from the start ...

I agree. I've gotten an email from him with the same basic info that totpkg got. I believe he gets paid next Fri, rather than this coming. When he gets paid he's going to try and send each of us half of what we paid. totpkg mentioned that it'd be cheaper to send the part. I personally don't need my engine harness anymore. If totpkg and FS_WTB still want their parts and Sleeper still has their parts I see no reason why they can't work that out...if that's what they want.

 

I just pm'ed totpkg and do still have the parts, I actually have all teh parts somewhere in my garage. I am willing to send the parts to totpkg. Just jeff is going to be getting the money back and I haven't heard a response yet from FS_WTB.

I do still have the clutch parts he wanted and can send those out to him if need be.

 

I did get an email telling me I'd get an email the day he got paid.
