I also know his car is being serviced at A-Spec. Do not trust this person. Do not deal with this person. He lacks integrity and does not keep his word.

Your thread is vague at most. There are no details stating when you allegedly sold him something or how longs has it been?

You might also want to read the rules about info that you post about the alleged incident. No posting of personal info. IE: No home or any phone number or address or name.

I've sold some inexpensive parts to shadow dee on two occasions, and everything went without a hitch. Sorry to hear you're having troubles with him, I'd recommend contacting A spec if they have his car.

Sorry, did not mean to break the Forum rules. As to the details. In mid-Dec, '06, Daniel posted that he was looking for a PFS Purple Box. I had one that I had bought used 2 years ago and never installed. I did not know what version it was running. I only asked for $200 + shipping but not knowing it's condition it had questionable value. I offered a money back guarantee but he is a kid and $200 was a big deal to him so I offered to ship it to him with the written understanding that he would either return the unit or pay the $200 + shipping by Jan 17th, '07. I was in the U.K. until then anyway. On the 18th I sent him an email and he said he had not really had a chance to determine if he could use the unit. I offered an additional week. It is now Feb 8th, a full two weeks past the extension. Emails and phone calls remain unanswered. The unit has not been returned and he certainly has not paid. I am suprised because his previous behavior was quite good.

I really just wanted to unload the thing at rock bottom pricing and was trying to be a nice guy and help a Forum member out. I can probably sell it on Ebay for $200 without any of this hassle. It is not the money but the principal of the thing that bugs me.

Listen UP Madee, I have NOT received any emails nor messages on this forum, Im still here, under the same name, im not trying to hide especially not over some old inexpensive item, I tried calling you back but the number provied was unavaliable, I did not keep your PFS, reason why, **** dont work, it fried up my ECU and had to buy another one and did ON this forum under this name and I have bought SEVERAL other items here before and ask anybody if I had every not paid nor did some sort of scam. As for your PFS I shipped it to that address you provided so in thee end I eneded losing some money for the shipping, so now your problem lies with HIM. I'll be more than happy to look for the tracking/confirmation number for you, and if you like give me a number in where I can reach you so we can solve this and not be posting these pointless stupid threads. And I ant no kid bud, it seems to me your the one acting like it and not knowing what to do nor read nor sell........

I was going to pay for the item at the agreed time frame, do i need to post that message up, BUT since i havnet been able to use it on my car to see if it works YOU also being a nice guy NOT saying your a bad guy at all because you were very understanding, told me that you'll give me more time to check it out, SO that's why I didnt pay at the agreed day BUT you knew I was'nt because you giving me more time, NOW within that time I installed it in my car but it ended up not working so I shipped it out to that address OKAY...............

I offered one extra week. I waited 10 days before writing the PM requesting return or payment and an additional 10 days before posting in this Forum.
Just answer: 1.Why you did not meet the obligation given the extra week?
2. Despite a steady stream of posts prior to 1/10/07 you had no posts from 1/10/06-2/8/07.
3. Why you did not respond at all to my 1/27/07 PM?
4. Only 6 days after I write your Father requesting an amicable resolution do you show up again.

I don't have a PM with a tracking number. Your obligation was to return the unit in same condition as sent or to pay for it. If I don't get it due to mail problems, etc, your still on the hook for the $200.

I have been away and had no business on this forum so I havent been on.

I have been checking my emails and have none from you and when I came back and signed into this forum no messages.

As for that letter you mentioned I have yet to receive that nor know anything about that.
