I got a hold of the seller on aug 15 made him an offer he accepted i sent him Paypal for the amount same day since it was an Echeck It didn't clear till Aug 24 I made sure he was okay with it and he was

Aug 24 I sent him a pm asking for a tracking number when he sends it out No reply
Aug 25 I sent an email to the one he gave me No reply
Aug 26 I sent him an email to the paypal Email address and attempted to add him to msn No reply I said in the message that If i get no reply within 24 hours still no reply
Aug 27 Filed a dispute and a claim

Still to this day he has not Replied in anyway shape or form the Paypal seem to be going to his Girlfriend or other woman in his life her name was Grace Zxxxx

Hopefully I can get my money back i'm More upset about the fact that I already Sold the extremely Rare Nardi Wood grain steering wheel, I only sold because i thought that i'd be getting an even nicer one to replace it

 

You made him wait over a week for your check to clear, then filed a PP dispute on the 27th, 3 days later? That's kinda jumping the gun, don't you think? Maybe he took a 3 day weekend or something.

 

I made sure he is was okay with it the echeck he had no problems with it

Ive been screwed over before and id rather not wait till he gets the money out of the paypal acct

if he gives me a tracking number the claim goes away I'd rather be safe than sorry

Edit: i couldn't find the post so i looked into his profile to find his recent post and couldn't find it but i did see he was last active today 8/30/10 and i did notice the majority of his threads are for sale threads. hope that info helps you. i wouldn't wait 2 weeks get your money back now. imo this guy came here for one reason, to sale, or scam.

Im in the same boat as you, i paid the item on the Aug 21 and said he will ship it on the same or monday, Kept on sending email and didn't even reply.
After sending countless emails, he finally replied on the Aug 25th he said he was running a little late on other things that he will gave me the tracking number on that day after he got home but he didn't
Aug 29 he said he was on a cruise and can't reply on email, I mean come on I can easily tell youre using a blackberry to sent emails.

on the 29th i filled a dispute on paypal for not shipping my item that i paid for,
the following day he gave me a tracking number.

After recieving my item, i was relief that the item that i bought was real,
Now im about to close the dispute and suddenly he replied on the dispute that i filed asking me to send a payment since he shipped and i recieved the item already

So yeah I opened a dispute to this seller for not shipping my item, and now asking me the send a payment even though i paid it already, such a stupid person.

the one thing i hate is bad communications if you cant be in touch with who you are selling to you shouldn't be

 

I closed all his FS threads and his selling privileges are temporarily revoked until all of this is resolved.

 

This guy is a Scammer I still have recieved no tracking number that i keep getting promised and he has stopped replying to me again

I think people may be getting this guy mixed up with another member by the name Arghx or something.. I don't believe Argh who a newer member referenced in this thread is the same person as Arghx who has been posting on these forums for a while.
