Thing such as- What did you purchase and when?
What communication have you done with the seller since this happened?

sorry, 3 months or so ago i put up an ad. i need two valves for my s5 t2. idle control and another. he said he had just done a smog removal and that he had both of them. so he offerd to sell them to me for $50.00 , i agreed. he sad that he had boxed them up and need my adress, so i gave it to him, and paypaled him the money. a 2 weeks later i wrote back to him, because i hadnt received them. he said the was a problem at the post office and that he would go resend them. 2 weeks latrer, so now 1 month, i write back to him no responce. i then ask for my money back. nothing. so now ofcourse its to late to get my money from paypal. so im out $50.00. that was a few moths ago. and now he will not write back, i have tried hios email and the forums. so thats what happened.

i know him personally and i know there had to be something wrong. he wouldnt do that to anyone. must have been miscommunication thru post office or something. i back josh up.

 

Good, you refund the member his money then.

I am calling Bullshit on the whole ordeal. I could see if it was a matter of weeks and something was lost. Then Josh got in contact with the member and stayed on top of the situation.

That's not the case here. What we have is that the member has attempted over and over again to contact Josh with no reply. He knew he still had the part but could not find it according to him. Does that justify not getting in contact with the buyer and refunding him. NO!

It's a matter of he Dropped the ball and did not take care of business!

 

What is the disposition of this?

 

I have recently contacted both members on this. MAstermind stated that this was resolved and xxpezzxx has stated that nothing ever happened from this. MAstermind has been banned until this matter is cleared up.
