RX7Store.NET <---- bad

I am thoroughly upset with RX7Store.net.


Once I say what I ordered, they'll know what I'm talking about

Item: APEX'i Twin Chamber BOV for FC3S kit


Why I'm pissed:

a) I ordered this item before Christmas... I know they went on vacation for the holidays, but they 'said' they would "try to get it out before then"....DIDNT.

b) I had to call THEM numerous times to ask where the HELL my BOV was. They told me they had to get one from APEX'i, but when I ordered they said there was one more left on the shelf... WTF?
So, it would have been okay if they would have called and told me that. But, NO. Nothing. Customer service is bogus.

c) I NEVER received a confirmation email or tracking number sent to my email. Why? Because they never ASKED for my email. I ended up calling them several weeks later and literally giving them my email. Then I still never got a confirmation number or tracking number.

d) It has almost been a whole month, and I have NOT received my part.


I cancelled my order.

I hope others get better treatment than I, BUT most importantly...

TO RX7 STORE... if you're waiting for a part from the BIG COMPANY, you should at least call the customer and tell them instead

it would be helpful and you may keep customers that way.

I then ordered from Speed Alliance in San Diego, CA.

A friend of mine, Chris works there. I bought my Koyo Radiator from his, with good results and good customer service.

He tracked down a APEX'i Twin Chamber for FC3S for me, and is picking it up and shipping it tomorrow.

but I highly recommend them to anyone.

As I told you numerous times, the BOV has been on backorder. Since I dont have a tracking number you are not going to get one or a confirmation that it has shipped. Not sure why that is hard to figureout.
Im glad your friend found you one and I had no problem canceling the order, but to come on here and complain about something that is out of my control is ridiculous.

No sir. You're correct. I did correct myself. And I thanked you for cancelling it for me.

I just wish I would have got more information instead of having to wait and then not receive anything at all.

Honestly, the person I talked to before you today told me it would be here early this week.

Then before that, about a week prior they told me it would be there that week.

I understand you had no control over it.

But, customer feedback IS important when running a business. AND I had waited almost a month for a part I THOUGHT was supposed to be arriving soon.

When I called today, and you told me they were on back order... yet someone told me it would be here this week...

I dont understand how it could be so confusing.

Once again, thank you for cancelling my order, but next time let your customers know where their parts are.
Because I had no idea, until today.

So, it's not a BAD GUY thread persay... just some feedback.

I just cant edit the previous writing or title.


I was upset, because I had been waiting for something I needed like 4 weeks ago, and I was not told it was on backorder until today.

My apologies.

I understand. The other guy you talked to doesnt usually handle the orders so he probably was not clear about what was going on with the order. Not a big deal and glad you were able to find one.
