I paid for the item on the 22nd and still have not recieved a tracking number or much more than a couple of half sentence replies from him. It is a possibility that he has shipped it out but then again who knows because I haven't heard anything from him. This goes for quite a few of the sellers on the forum, it seems like everyone is in a hurry to get the ******* money and then take 2 weeks to ship the **** out. I'll update this if and when I get my stuff.

Glad things worked out, but communication is KEY! Keep your buyers up-to-date as to what is going on, or you'll end up in a bad situation with a damaged reputation or worse

Some advice for you. If you do not have the time to ship out yourself (which there is no reason why you could not find the time) then don't sell on this forum.

I just bought a TII hood off the guy. First he agreed to a price,but didnt know how much it would cost to ship. I told him that ebay has alot of hoods for 150 as shipping. So he gets a shipping quote and it is more then 150. SO what does he do? ask for more money after he agreed and already has my money.I paid him on the 15th of febuary, and it finnaly shipped the 27th. As far as the hood. It looks like he said, and apears to have been slightly damaged while being shipped(not a big deal). I will never deal with him again. As a person that ships things the next/same day money hits my paypal, and really hate people that take their time to ship things. The whole time I thought I was getting messed over for my money.

 

Watch out for ProjectRE. I've been trying to communicate with him about a pair of exterior door handles for $60. Payed him via paypal on April 8th. Waited for a while and sent him a PM on April 22 saying if the items have been shipped but only got a response of "it's ship already". And now just recently I sent him an other PM on May 6th with no replies. His last log on was on May 8th so I'm sure he had to gotten that PM. So, I've been scammed $60. People beware of his dealings.

 

Ban that ******.

 

Update:

Yesterday I set up a claim/dispute on paypal and made my message to him. He replied back saying he "mailed to the wrong address". And going on to say as soon as he gets the door handles back he'll mail it to me (hopefully to the right address) with a tracking number. I'll keep updating as soon as I get the handles.

Update, I've upgraded to a claim. The guy has not messaged me back since 5/9 and I've already sent him two messages for any followups. SO, I assume he just ran off with my money. I've already know I am not the only one he scammed. So, anyone who is dealing with beware.
