I purchased the efini crossover pipe(top pipe) from phoenix kid on 1-21-08. After 11 days I send him a PM on 02-02-08 and he responded back... here are both of them:
Since then I have not heard anything from him. He has been on the forum several times. I PM'd him again last weekend with no response and then again yesterday with no response, even though he has been on at least twice since I PM'd him. I'm about 5 days out before I can no longer file a claim with paypal so I thought I'd post this and allow him to make it right before I file a claim.

Well, Phoenix Kid refunded $40 of my $80 and said he was still going to ship out the pipe. I told him that wasn't necessary and that I just wanted my pipe. I still have not recieved my pipe and it has been 10 days since he has logged on. I may need Dhalen's help with this since he knows him.

Well, the pipe showed up today... 2+ months after it was purchased. Finally came through as described. I wouldn't buy anything from him again due to it taking so long. I do appreciate you being a stand up guy and actually sending the part.
