i have no reason to hide from you bradford. its been a wreck for me for the past couple weeks. you know what i been through during the holidays so it doesnt hurt to give me a break while i have app. here and there and so but that doesnt have to do anything with this transaction.. just giving you a heads up...

Ok all I hear is BS from rx705. It seems like he is more concerned with keeping Brad happy than refunding what rightfully belongs to bkenchan. You were in the hospital from July up to now and if you didnt have internet access how did your sister know what he had been saying on here.....oh so she had internet access and was giving it to you. Sounds like he bought the items from you you blew the money and when the stuff got damaged you had no monye to give the guy back. Now you are making up all kinds of nonsense and are apologizing to the wrong guy. You say its his fault and now he is going to have to do it the hard way. This is rediculous. I hope everyone on here sees this crap. You are the reason it is so hard to trust people.

First of all, "Brad" IS bkenchan. They are the same person. So I am really not certain why you seem to think that they are two different people.

Second, this isnt your fight. This isnt your transaction. And you came in here posting comments that will only inflame the situation, not help anything or anyone. So I am going to request at this time that you not post any more in this thread. These threads are here to resolve issues, not for just anyone to hop on in and start a flame war.

Alright, here's the deal.

You have kept this guy waiting for MONTHS over this, and the amount of money involved is well more than enough to have you charged with grand theft in any state in the country. And if you do not put some real effort into doing something besides making excuses, and I mean NOW, that's exactly what I am going to not only recommend, but also help Brad put into action. There is no excuse at all why you need to keep someone waiting all this time for their money back. He paid you in good faith, now fix it.

I want a plan in my PM box to get him paid back every penny, and you have until the end of the weekend to put it there. If you do not have something REASONABLE in there by Monday morning, your account on this forum will be banned and I will look into filing a criminal complaint against you for grand larceny. I STRONGLY urge you to give this matter the attention it requires....because if I have to do it for you, you might just end up needing soap on a rope.

NO MORE EXCUSES. FIX THIS. I cannot imagine how that couldnt be clear enough.

Thanks for the help guys. He's not even trying to work something out. He's just trying to take as much money from me as he can from the deals that he's giving me. My CC company and paypal is already looking into this so I dunno what's going to happen.

I don't know what you've been through but you didn't have any problem driving up to DFW and meeting me on 11 December, nor did you mention any health/hospital problems.

You did fail to mention the center taillight piece you sold me had partially melted from the bulbs being too hot at some point. It wasn't visible in the dark at the corner gas station where you requested we meet but it sure was visible in the daylight the next morning. Maybe that's my fault for not examining them more closely that night, but IMO you should have mentioned it.

Either way I know you made $75 off the sale that could have gone towards reimbursing Brad.

this transaction is getting taken cared of through paypal and his cc company... so no further actions can be taken until the case it final.. there's not anything for yall to worry about because it is in action.. first of all the reason why this deal went for so long is because we were waiting on the (UPS INSURANCE CLAIM ) which took exactly 2-3 months for an answer, never ignored his calls and gave him every little detail he needed to know.. i dont know whats up with yall jumping in on this acting like i dont respond or take care of my issues ....

this is what was sold in the deal

rear center bins (DAMAGED) red
rear center panel ( GOOD ) red
driver rear panel (GOOD) red
passenger rear panel (GOOD) red
both front floor panels AS GIFT (SHIP UNTIL CASE IF FINAL) red

shipping price is 200 bucks....i sold these to him for 1150 shipped ( i cover paypal fees)

he have all the panels but the rear bins, so brad you have most of the parts in your hands still but my paypal account shows that you demanded a full refund.. i have called paypal and let them know whats going on so hopefully we can get it done quick...i have 7 hundred in my paypal account and now im in the negatives because of your claim which were 1150 refunded on temp hold... i offered a 350 bucks refund which you think is not enough for the damaged parts...

my total funds spent on shipping and paypal fees would range around 300+... so total profit would be around @750 - 800 bucks ... and 350 is not reasonable for your refund brad ???

You dont have any business running your mouth like this, and so this is your one and only warning to knock this crap off. There's no place in here for you to act like that towards anyone--especially since you are the cause of this issue in the first place.

sorry about that one ROLLER... i got a little out of hand on that one ... but i am telling you the truth when he has most of the parts in hands, the only part was shipped back were the rear bin which were damaged... he wanted me to ship them back to him under my cost because the ups damaged deal didnt refund my money because they said lack of packing...but i end up breaking the rear bins even more during the wreck i have during the holidays a little before thanksgiving...so that leave me telling him to refund him 350 back to him for the rear bins i couldnt reship to him ...BTW when the rear bins were damaged, when i recieve it back the damaged wasnt that bad at all, only at the corners but if he was to install them it wasnt noticeable.... you wouldnt even tell the parts were damaged.. but i can take the blame for all this and it is my responsibility to take care of this action ...

once again sorry again guys

I covered paypal fees and I have proof. All your parts were not well packaged and some of them were scratched. You had no cushion in your packaging at all. I can take pictures of the scratched parts if needed. I didn't want to make this too hard for the both of us so I just said the rear bins were damaged. I did agree on the 350 refund but you ignored it when the time came for you to refund me. You also said you "shipped" out my complementary 2 parts which I never got and now you're saying you still have them. All this time made my think you didn't take this serious so I had to contact CC and all that. So now I don't think its worth getting just 350 as a refund. I was willing to take it before just to get this over with but now that I think of it, it was a ripped off to just get 350 refunded. Unless you can do better let me know. Once again I paid for paypal fees and I have proof. If you would like. I'll ship back everything for a full refund. Lets just do that. I'll ship everything back for a full refund.

The damages were chipped corners and broken tabs because you didn't put cushion in your packaging. I got another part here with broken tab because of that. I wanted these to replace my current broken/chipped parts not to buy another set of broken/chipped rears.

We did agree on the 350, but you took another 2-3 months and still nothing and you stopped picking up my phone calls and saying stuff like you're in the hospital when people are still dealing with you on the forum. Even though I agreed on 350 I think its more than 350. This is why I am saying you're taking more money from me than you should. I paid for shipping too and you didn't even ship them correctly in the first place.

your total refund 1150 ... and you have most of the panels left ... paypal recconmend me to take you to court and to resolve through with paypal helps since you have most of the merchandise... its all up to you on how you want to do this but i will process this as soon as i hear from you.....

We are finally working something out. Sooooo. . .this might soon come to an end. All I wanted was the refund for that part or a full refund with me paying for the shipping, but took you a few months just to figure that out. Hope we can end this soon. It is dragging out way too long.
