Paid for items but seller rx705 is not responding
rx705 is the seller.
I bought the whole rear interior from him. Paid for it in full. Got the items some were damaged so filed claim. Then UPS shipped it back to seller. Seller has to file the claim. 2 months pass seller said no claim so he would ship the part back to me. Total of 3 months pass and still no part or answer from seller. Seller does not pick up phone or try to give me a refund. What else can I do? I paid a lot for the parts. Can anyone help me out? |

I just got txt (like yesterday) from what appears to be his sister saying that he's in the hospital and will be out in a week. So i hope that's true. I hope to hear from him soon. Been waiting a long time for a reply. . .

Still trying to work this out. Don't know if I should disclose info on here, but it seems like he doesn't want to give me a refund or ship my item back to me. All I can say is that I paid a lot more than what I was supposed to pay and he doesn't want to take care of it. He still doesn't pick up my calls and only text me whenever he feels like. UPS said they can't do anything and that's just great! UPS said the item was shipped back to him. I have no other choice but to find some help on here. It really has been a long time already. Ever since end of July. I really want to get this deal over with
I just want my stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF. . . . .This holiday going to suck if I don't get either because I had plans for my car. OMG I'm going crazy here. You guys probably don't know how frustrating it is. |

Did you use a good credit card to complete the transaction? That is the ONLY way I purchase things on line due to these kinds of experiences. If you used a credit card, you simply dispute the transaction--it is your right and a service that you pay for.

He was in the DFW area this past weekend. I met him in Arlington and picked up a set of tail lights. By meeting him face-to-face and being able to inspect the parts first I figured there was little/no risk in the deal.

you need to calm down brad, i have told you several times during this process that i will give you a refund after the holidays... i am out of the hospital recovering and doing well if you guys wanted to know .... how many times do you need me to tell you that and it seems like you dont get it at all ... your rear bin has been crushed during the bad wreck i was in while i was going to ship it back to you that same day... i have told you several times but i know this is not your fault... i would never screw anyone on this forum and never did ...my sister let you know everything on the deal while i was out and all the stuff you needed to know.... the reason why i never respond to this ?? its because i have no internet access in the hospital and my sister did tell you what was going on at the moment and never attend to give me any rest at all .. and i did send out two front floor panels as a gift for you dude and you cant even respect that knowing that you will still get your refund.. brad i am really sorry for this process but both of us is not at our fault... ups did really screw me on this ... BTW i have never ignored your calls so that was a positive point that you have could believe in brad ....

I was just worried. . .I think anyone would be worried because I saw on this forum that people were still buying stuff from you when you were taking so long to respond to my calls and messages and act on any sort of refund. Can't blame me for worrying.

Now you respond after I contact my CC company and went through all the trouble of everything. Now I want a fair enough refund. If not, I'm just going to let my CC company deal with it.

no problem at all, your refund was going to be sent but i guess we'll do it the hard way.. i have contacted paypal so this investigation is being processed right now. i have provided them with all the information they needed and they will contact your CC company..

Well you never gave me an answer on the 8th. Not even when I gave you some calls and messages on the days following. It takes you 11 days after the 8th and after paypal contacted you before you give me any response. So I don't know wtf is wrong with you.
