Background:
Sent Outkast money for 2 rims. Waited over 3 weeks and he never shipped them. I asked for a refund. He told me that he would refund my money, but I would have to wait since he had no money. I guess he spent mine already?????

Over 2 weeks with no money refunded, and the 45th day came which is the last eligable day to report a claim to paypal, so I reported it to paypal.
I won the dispute, and they gave me some money back that was in his account. But he still owes me $100 and has not put any money into his account to repay me. So now after patiently waiting 3 more MONTHS, I cant be quiet any longer.

So after intial payment on 5-23-2007 I have yet to receive all my money back!

 

Here is the thread in which he admits he owes me money, and tells me good luck on getting it. Then proceeds to say he has never ripped anyone off.

I think its funny that he thinks it your fault that his PayPal is locked...

I really dont understand people sometimes. I am thankful that I have only had good experiences when purchasing things from the forum. I know my day will come though

 

Wow, so your the bad guy because you waited till the last day you could place a paypal claim? That is HIS FAULT that he did not deliver. Any competent buyer would file a claim before getting royally fucked when the 45 days elapses.

Outkast pay the man back or send him the rims. He didn't back stab you! You back stabbed him by taking his money and giving him nothing....

 

After I locked his FS thread, Outkast PMed me indicating that he intended to make things right with TonyG2, saying his reputation was worth more than that. Havent heard anything since....

 

Seems like Outkast was just all talk...What a loser...

 

Well I havent gotten any money back, no pms indicating that might happen, just out $100 for all of his issues, not shipping in time, spending my money after I sent it, and not paying me back...then basically calling me out.... I have dealt with a lot of things on Car forums, but this is definitely a first. I mean I never received any parts, he has admitted he owes me money, and yet considers himself a stand up guy and isnt a crook???

What a dumbass. Since when is it acceptable to 100 good transactions and 1 bad one, and actually think that is a good thing? I gurantee you if the shoe was in the other foot and he was that one bad transaction, he probably wouldn't like that ratio.

RX7Club.com should add his real name to some list and boot his *** out of here without ever granting access again.

send a pm to doc about this Tony, he seems to be trying to clean up the bad sellers. Rich was good with locking his forsale thread but I don't know how much Rich can do ban wise. Outkast was on today with several lounge posts so there is not excuse for not at least getting in touch with you. Maybe doc can make him see the light or see his way off this forum either way.

That shouldn't have anything to do with it. You sold something, took the guy's money, spent it, and didn't ship him what he paid for. Being "in real bad shape financially" means nothing here because the money he sent you was more than enough to ship the item he paid for, and you failed to do that. Then, when he asked for his money back, you didn't have it. So yes, you are a douche and you are a dirtbag because you took and spent someone's money that they gave to you in exchange for items you never sent to them.

 

I forgot to add, however, props to you for trying to work it out now. A true scammer would have just packed up and left. At least you're trying to rectify the situation, and that's always a plus.

As I stated to Outkast, I had no intention to make this personal, and I did my best not to make it personal and only state facts.
I just wanted my money that was owed to me.
