Almost two months ago, I bought some rear brake rotors for my GSL from Netsu.
Price was $35 shipped. He said he would ship them the next day. Over a month later, he finally emails me after repeatedly not answering emails from me saying that his brother was supposed to mail them but obviously didn't. I haven't heard from him since.

I opened up a paypal claim because I don't like people scamming me for any amount of money and it was decided in my favor, but he had only $3.18 in his account.

The name from his emails was Quatre Winner

The name from his paypal was Paul Hitchens

The money was not a big deal at all, but I'm just posting this so no one else does business with him.

it isnt the fact that he takes this seriously thats the problem--its the fact that you dont take it seriously.

you left this guy hanging. I dont care if it's five bucks--you give someone your word, it should mean something. You should be more concerned about fixing this than making light of it. After all, its only a bad situation because you didnt handle your business like a man.
