bebiracer failed to ship
I paid bebiracer $285 back on Nov 04, but he never shipped my parts. So, last week he emailed me saying that he would refund my money. Well, that didn't happen either.
Now, I filled a claim with PayPal but I don't think they are going to get my money for me. I need to file a report with the police dept in bebiracers city.
In one place, he has an address listed as Elizabeth, NJ and someplace else he has an address listed as East Wick, NJ.
Does anybody know where bebiracer actually lives?
If anybody else has been ripped-off, you need to file a complaint with the police dept in the city in which he lives.
I had a similar thing happen last year and the police dept got all of money back and the seller ended up paying a couple thousand dollars to keep from going to jail.
