i recently looked up court records im miami and found somthing with both wheelguyz and wheelmax name on it so i called wheelmax last night and asked for marcas one of the owners of wheelguyz and was told he would not be in till the morning a half hour later i called and asked for tania the other owner of wheelguyz and was told she would not be in till the morning then i asked for carmen she was also not in so the morning came and i called again and asked for them again and got marcas i started to ask him about whellguyz and he hung up when i called again all of a sudden there was nobody there by that name i called miami pd and told them as they are investigating the case in the meantime i think we should be calling wheelmax as much as we can so they cant sell a single wheel or even a lug nutthe # is 1800-545-5745 lets do our part to hit them where it hurts the wallet please post this as many places as you can please email me if you have any ?s

So, obviously there is more to this story than just this post. Care to fill us in on WHY this shop/operation is a problem for you?

Please elaborate.....

I have bought over 5 sets of wheels from Wheelguyz in the last couple of years and have never had a problem as of yet. I have spoken with Manny (owner of wheelguyz) and he has been very helpfull. Remember, he is a salesman so he does speak a bunch of BS but has not given me any bad products. Last set of wheels I bought from him was about a month or two ago for my SVT Focus , 18x7 rims, tires, lugs, mounting and balancing for $650.

P.S
Manny does not own Wheelmax. They are a totally different company out of Miami in a totally different location.

I bought my wheels from him and had no problem other than a little fibbing on when they were shipped, but other than that it went well

He should have kept it in the same thread but here is his original bad guy on them

https://www.rx7club.com/bad-fugly-members-185/wheelguyz-com-686310/

apparently he ordered some wheels, they have not shown up, and wheelguyz.com has shut down, which would explain why the website is no longer up. During some digging and contact with the police, he discovered some court documents with both the companies on them so he made some calls and apparently everyone he asked for worked there until he finally talked to one and they hung up when he mentioned wheelguyz.com and now amazingly they don't work there.

Anywho thats what I gathered from between the two posts.
