I spent over 4500.00 dollars on a motor rebuild. This guy built my motor without checking clearances on the plates. My car smoked like a bitch. i had to rebuild my turbo and the car still smoked. I then paid him again to disasemable the motor to tell me what the problem was. He said that the oil control rings were bad so i went to gunter mazda and spent another 250.00 to get them all new! Plus 300 for labor that i stayed owing him. My car drove for 29 days and took a **** because when Mr. Sinclair sent my housing to be machined he never had them coated in the nickel, therefore making brittle under extreme heat of the rotary and sideseals. Basically, the the rotor oil control seals completly melted all the plates so bad that the motor froze up!> The seals and the housing where still in good condition. I sold the housing and the seals for 700.00 at least i mad some of my money back! As for his 300.00 dolllars he can kiss my asssss!!!!!!!! Andre carma is a bitch i told you that you fuked with the wrong mother *****!! So here you go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ooo mad is that him?? thats pretty a low blow dude making fun of him in being a wheel chair. sucks about ur motor but this is kinda immature in my opinion. Hope u get it all settled out.

It's one thing to be upset about a transaction, but to use behavior like a high school student is rather pointless. I should clean up your post, but it's not worth my time. How about you try posting up again what happened and curb the potty mouth.

Here is the thing im very sorry for Mr. Sinclair unforunate postion. However, You have to understand that this gentleman took over 4500 dollars from me and a month later my motor blew up on 8 lbs of boost.. So its not like i was raing and my car blew up. This gentlemen was planning this out since the first time he set eyes on my motor. Ok it sucks that Mr. Sinclair is paralyzed but what, Does this mean that this guy has the right to be taking peoples hard worked money. and just because his is paralyzed its ok .. Give me a ******* break. This is mean to those who have not had to deal with Mr. Sinclair ... All im saying is that my personal exprience with thhis guy sucked !! all im trying to do is put it out there so he cant do it to anyone else.. If you guys think im mean and childish why dont you try losin 4500 plus and then tell me that its ok because he is in a wheel chair! Beware of this guy~

Paralyzed, death, blind, mentaly disabled, no legs or arms/ burnt face doesnt matter to me on giving someone my motor or thinking ppl will give him the right to do it and walk away. You should talk to him like a normal person. Ive delt with him and he seemed cool. I gave him tips on the bodywork and even spoke with him on the phone.. pretty cool guy. Maybe he screwed up and this was his only time. It happens. Its his responsiblity to either :fix it(for free) pay you back, or give you something of equal or higher value that you can sell or use as an asset. You know... him taking your money is one bad thing and it does show karma allready got him and hes making it worse but making fun of him is another thing and karma can come back at you the same way or worse. Idk..... this is between you 2.

I GAVE HIM A 150.00 DRY CELL BATTERY.. FREE I DIDNT CHARGE HIMM.... ALL IM SAYING IS THAT THIS GUY TRYED ME AND IM NO LITTLE KID TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OFF .. AND THAT IS THAT !! SIMPLE

You brought me a rebuild kit which you purchased from Rotary Aviation and asked me to build your engine. After I disassembled the engine I gave you my recommendation.
You then, decided to go with one of the options I gave you. You then provided a pair of USED housing which were not perfect, however, within Mazda Specs.
I quoted you 600.00 for the assembly and 250.00 for the porting job of the intake and exhaust (850.00 TOTAL!!!!!!). You then asked me if you could assist in the rebuild, reasons to me are so you could confirm that all the parts you provided were being installed (NOT A PROBLEM WITH ME). The motor was built as requested, compression tested where compression was SOLID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I advised you to get at least 3500 miles on the motor since the housing which you provided WERE NOT NEW. I later received a call from you congratulating me as to how the motor performed, sounded etc. I then REINSTATED to get 3500 mile before boosting. Later I was advised by local friend that you were SHOWING OFF BY BURNING RUBBER, FISH TAILING ETC.
Two months thereafter you spun the front oil controls ring and wanted to blame me. IN GOOD FAITH, I disassemble and reassemble the motor for the second time. After the motor was installed into your car for the second time by you, you called me again to CONGRATULATE me for a job well done. I THEN REINSTATED TO YOU, 3500 miles before boosting. You drove the car for 3 months thereafter without any problems.
You went to race on Interstate 27, were you BLEW YOUR MOTOR for a second time. I then ADVISED YOU TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. You cannot continue to blame others for your FUCKUPS … just grow up and accept your responsibilities.

I've had some dealings with Andre in the past (guess it was 6 years ago now). As far as I've known him, he is an honorable person. I'd do business with him again, in fact.
Wasn't asked to post this, and haven't spoken to Andre in years, but I hate to see a decent person get dragged thru the mud.

THIS GUY SAYS HE IS A PROFESIONAL AND SAYS THAT HE HAS BUILT COUNTLESS MOTORS... WHY WOULD HE HAVE TO REFRENCE TO A REBUILD DISC FROM ROTARY AVIATION FOR INSTRUTIONS ???... THAT IS WHAT YOU CALL NOVICE ANDRE!!!!!!!!

Always 3 sides to a story....
After rebuilding a turbo motor everyone knows that you can't go into boost for at least 3K miles. If you boosted, even just 8 lbs, you took the risk and that is on you and not the builder. I don't know Andre or you so I am just stating what was told to me by my builder when I got my TII motor rebuilt and NOT taking any sides...
