i sent him money for the UR pulley he had. i sent the money on aug18 and was told he would be able to ship it the next monday morning, the 22nd. i contacted him on the 24th and he told me he shipped it the 23rd and when i asked for the tracking number he said he would send it when he got home. i contacted him again on the 30th asking for the tracking number, he said he forgot and will "see what happened" when he got home.

i messaged him again on the 31st and got no response then messaged again on the 2nd and still have received no response. i have since opened a paypal claim. obviously the pulley has not shown up yet. im asking either for a tracking number or a refund.

edit: all of our communication was through text message so i can post screen shots if need be.

he has contacted me and offered either a refund or to actually send it since he left the responsibility to someone else and came to find out they didnt do it. i wont go into the web of conflicting excuses i have been given but once i actually receive the pulley then i will close my paypal dispute and update this thread.

 

so day 2 and no contact after he swore to ship it out yesterday. still waiting and still have an open paypal dispute.

i received the pulley and was never sent any tracking information, the one thing ive been asking for this entire time. what happened was, i received a text asking if i received the pulley a short time after it was delivered. my response was "is that what the tracking number says?". this was was to verify that he had the number and was watching it. i will be leaving negative feedback for this.

 

Funny he texts you after you have been hounding him about this simple transaction,wondering about the status of the part and then suddenly he asks whether it was delivered.
This boils down to plain laziness and has nothing to do with shipping..Just too lazy to use his texty thumbs to contact the buyer.
Then again he must have been tired as it was a real burden to actually post the for sale thread.He had to give his fingers a work out.
..and it's up to the actual seller to ship it..not his buddy..(that is a good excuse too.)

Well,Bad Guy threads don't get erased so this will remain as a "token of his extreme effort to resolve a dispute "..Nice job.

In the end I am glad you got the part.
