Here is what I wrote him after his response... He said something about it was my fault and that he wasted $50.00 having the one faulty injector serviced.. This made no sense tome...why would whoever he had service the injector charge him $50.00 when the injector tested faulty?

Here is my response:
Re: Rx7 550cc Injectors

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I am sure, I offered you the same choice as I always offer EVERYONE.

$103.00 shipped for a used set.

OR

$206.00 for a set that have been freshly gone thru by RC Enginerring (with this option, RC could catch a bad injector and I could handle the issue before the buyer gets the part) And when this does happen, They dont charge me for the service when an injector is defective..

Who cleaned them? why would they charge for a cleaning when the injector is not working correctly?

Yet you and many other people go for the cheap way out which is a gamble. These injectors are not injectors I have ever used, they all come out of low mile Jspec motors which I break down for parts...so I CAN NOT guarntee/warranty if I dont first have them checked over by RC..

If you would have taken the second choice we would not have this problem now..

Also, 100.00 for 4 injectors is CHEAP and I do not make money on them, selling for $100.00 for 4 is selling at a loss..

After my response, a few days passed and out of the blue he sends me $50.00 thru paypal. I then got a PM from him saying he was sorry and that he wanted to take my offer for the $50.00 injector whic would be serviced by RC.

I sent the injector to him

THEN he came back with more

Again, I have delted his response because what he wrote continued to **** me off more..

Here is what I then PM'ed him:
Re: Rx7 550cc Injectors

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have tried my best to make this right for you..... Gone out of my way tremendously when I dont have to.

Again he responded but I have delted his PM

And this is where I could not take it anymore:

Re: Rx7 550cc Injectors

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bro you are a major crybaby.. and I am doing you a favor by telling you so

I do not hide behind the anonymity of internet. Anything I type here you can best believe I will tell you to your face.

Moreover, the fact that you dont even want a refund proves my interpretation of you. Crybaby and a PITA.

You seem to have some sort of personality glitch not to mention a passive aggressive disorder...and I really mean this!

I hope things get better for you...

Re: Rx7 550cc Injectors

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

God Damn you are a PAIN IN THE ***.

Send the injector back and I will refund your $50.00 thru paypal.

and he responded:

Real professional man. I used to call people names in middle school, but then I grew up. That's the beauty of the internet I guess. You can engage in shady business practices and be rude without any fear of ever seeing the other person. I have to be honest. I dont trust you. I am not sending anything to you without my refund first. I guess I just thought maybe you actually cared what your customers think. I guess not, and thats sad. Treating people like that will hurt your business in the long run. I have learned my lesson. Good luck.

I am missing some of his PM responses so the full effect is not here.... Maybe he will post what he wrote like I have but I doubt it!

So for those who think I am a jerk and say " I will never do business you or I am glad I never purchased anything for you" pass judgement if you must.... Your option is your right.....

I am a fair person and I go out of my way time after time to help members here... but I am not perfect and I do screw up.....and everyone has their breaking point. I can only take so much abuse and B.S.

If you treat me with respect you can count on the fact that I will do the same...

At night, before I go to sleep.... when I have a free minute to reflect on the days end, I feel pretty damn good about myself..

Ok people need to understand when they deal with used merchandise that has no warante or gurantee of being in perfect condition that they get what they get. I am almost thinking of buying something from JAPAN2LA so I can post him as a good guy. You can't say someone does bad business when they did exactly what they should do. You chose not to get the services part and just go cheap. Just buy another injection or take him up on the deal. geez.

Since Japan2LA is getting slammed I will put in my word. I've have nothing but flawless, and perfect transactions with this guy. If my personal friends who own shops don't have the parts, he is 1st on my list. I for one am very skeptical of anyone on the net, and i'm damn tired of getting ripped off.

++ for Japan2LA.

Purchased a whole 13BRE longblock from him. Gave me a deal on shipping and also some motor mounts for my FC. Communication was never a problem and he was prompt on answering my questions thru PM.

I don't understand why people are passing judgement on a good seller. Especially when you don't have any experiences with him. Get over your high horse. The customer/buyer ISN'T always right. A seller can only bend over so much.

I bought a rolling FD from Japan2LA, and it was just as he said, since I have done business with him, and when it comes to selling something used, he is very quick to tell you if he hasn't tested it. When buying a used, untested part, that's your gamble. I just bought a full gauge cluster, hood and everything, for a very very good price, he said he had no way to test it, luckily for me it worked and I got a great deal, but if it didn't, you think I'm gonna come back and ask for my money back. Not after he made it very clear it hasn't been tested before I buy. He's been very honest in the past with me, and always given me great prices and great business. Don't let any of this deter you from doing business with him, as he really is a good businessman.

I fail too see the need for name calling, are we in high school or somthing. If you portray yourself as a business then you should act like it. This really has nothing to do with the thread as i know little of what really happened, just an overall general comment about the poeple on this sitet that fall into that catogory. So he isa dissatifiec custormer, big deal. Do you call everyone names who you have problems with. I find that problems like this ussually occure due to over promising and under providing. Better to be extreamly open about what you have, and you most likely were. Perhaps you just have to different deffinitions of used.

Now I will prolly be yelled at and what not.

Stuck in an airport with nothing to do........

dam right

back to thread, i don't see any problem with the way he does business. the buyer was fully aware that the injectors were not tested, and decided to take the cheap route. and when one of them doesn't work, well tough ****.

I agree, but what use is name calling? This is business and should retain our professionalism in any case. All that does it ruin your credibility and character, as well as not help the situation in any way. Read my thread a bit more carefully and you may notice that.

if your a seller/vendor, theres better ways then to retaliate and make things worse
and of course there will be those people who ask stupid questions, ask for pricing, then flake. i know how that feels, and it sucks wasting your time on that. but thats just part of daily business, you cant get a sale out of everyone.
take ramy as an example, ive been here for a while and i dont recall ever seeing a bad thread on him, and even if there was, im sure they took care of it and the thread got deleted right away. simple as that

theres no need for more arguing over stupid *** ****

I'm not one to usually go out of my way to badmouth anyone, and I don't think I've ever done so in the past with anyone on this forum, but hearing some of these complaints reminded me of what an abssolutely lousy experience I had in dealing with Brian (JAPAN2LA). Maybe his prices and parts availability are great, but his bad attitude and the fact that he can stink of bullshit makes dealing with him, as far as I'm concerned, not even worth a first thought . The funny thing about this guy is that he always has an excuse (no matter how lame) for EVERYTHING, and he doesn't fess up to his actions like a mature individual. Take some responsibility man.

In my case, about a year ago, we had agreed to come and pick up a rear subframe and suspension from him on a Saturday, we had agreed on a price, I made arrangements to borrow a truck from a friend from 80 miles away, and then when I contacted him Thursday night to see what time he would be at his shop, he tells me he sold it. Gee, that was a bit shady (but I was cool with it) , but it would have been nice of him to at least CONTACT me and told me he changed his mind and sold the thing. Fine. All I needed at that point was a spare rear lower control arm for a test bushing install, so he told me to come by the following Friday to pick one up. I called this guy at 2 .p.m. Friday, he tells me he's at work and that we will meet up right after work. Being that I had to be in his area for a doctors appointment, when I was done I called him at least 5 times over a 3 hour period in the late afternoon, waiting in this guy's neighboorhood, never to hear from him. After I PM him on the forum three days later he responded with the excuse that he decided, that very Friday afternoon, to go out of town for a weekend 'getaway.' Way to be an ***, man. Needless to say, his 'excuse' made no mention of why he couldnt even pick up his cell phone and say what the deal was. Note the 'nerve' of the guy in a post in this very thread where he accuses someone of wasting his time.

I didn't get ripped off in any way, I just lost some time, so it was really no sweat. But in the bigger picture, I can see his attitude spilling over and having less benign consequences in dealings with individuals who or not local, who have money involved, who might have time constraints, or who might not receieve things as promised (Brian's word, in my opinion, isn't woth ****). To put the icing on the cake, after a deal goes south he'll probably make a childish attempt in the end to try and twist the story 180 degrees, to erase any of his wrongdoings, and pin the deal failure on the other party. Brian, that doesn't work with most people, it's very transparent, and hopefully people on this forum aren't hard pressed enough for a good deal on stock parts to have to deal with an annoying parts peddler like yourself.

HOW many times are you going to post this old *** story? The parts you wanted to buy got sold to the person who came up with the money 1st. I gave you a chance to buy the parts, here is what you did: asked me to break the set so that you could buy just the stuff you wanted when I CLEARLY said it was a package deal, then you tried to negoitate a lower price and then stalled on making payment once we did agree on the price... I told you to make payment via paypal to secure the deal, you did not want to do this...and I said I was not holding parts for you unless you paid me... YOU DID NOT PAY ME... The parts you were interested in where of the high demand /rare/ hard to find type.... and someone else came up with the money before you did... WHY IS THIS MY FAULT?

And yes, I am not always avaiable to answer my phone, alot of times I turn it off.... and yes I take weekend vacations from time to time... and yes you were in my area and I was not around so we never linked up.... All of which in your EYES IS MY fault and because of this I AM THE BAD GUY...

You have been mad about this FOR SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO long.... Dont you think its time to let it go??? I have...

Well the plan with you was for sure going to be me going out of my way to help you...please agree with me on this....Shipping a WINDSHIELD in not by any means a normal or easy transaction..... Yet we never closed the deal.. and correct me if I am wrong about what went down..

You wanted parts that required quite a bit a arrangement...included getting other professionals involved...right... I was busy as usual and just did not have a chance to get all the people involved scheduled to make it happen.. Time went pass and I was still willing to do the deal with you..but again I was busy and the timing was just not there yet..

you Pm'ed me and emailed me and I was not able to get back with you fast enough or to your approval... You then got pissed off and send me some rather NASTY messages.... Which worked as they got my attention, and they got me pissed off and I spoke up about them.... and that is where that deal is currently still standing..

You obviously are still in need of those parts as I have seen you post WTB ads on the website in hopes to get them..

I still have the parts and if you want to try again with me the deal is still on the table....AND I have alot more time on my hands so it might just work out this time...

Its up to you...

Well to be honest with you it really surprised me when you agreed to go through the trouble of removing and shipping a windshield. I was willing to be patient to get such a good deal but when i kept getting the "next weekend" comments i got a little upset.

The first PM i sent you was on 12/1/06 and the last e-mail i got (where you suggested i look else ware) was on 1/29/2007 i don't think thats fast enough for anyones approval. I was willing to wait though (no choice) but when you stopped replying to me i did get a bit testy thinking that you had blown me off after i patiently waited for almost two months.

Yes i do still need the windshield. If you still want to sell it to me let me know.

Thanks
Allen

If you do a search, you will see that this is the first time I have ever posted this story. Don't worry, I'm not mad at you, but I keep seeing threads about you painting the same picture over and over again, and I thought it was appropriate that I chime in. Of course, you respond with the requisite sequence of lies to change the story. You never even mentioned Paypal ever, since I was local I was bringing you cash. That's a small lie on your part. I did not try to negotiote a lower price on the rear suspension, as it was very fair as it was. I did initially ask you to part out the control arm, but then we agreedI would buy the whole rear. All this small stuff doesn't matter, but your attitude as whole as a vendor does.

"WHY IS THIS MY FAULT."...you should print that on your business cards.

Unlike many people on car forums, I'm sure JAPAN2LA doesn't try so scam people. His problem is his attitiude in that he thinks he is going people favors, and so selfishly jerks them along, sometimes feeding them BS and creating a major hassle. Hassles impart a cost on people. Anyways, I'm sure one could do worse with other vendors.
