JAPAN2LA - Dishonest, Disrespectful - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!
 

I'm sure he will chime in here and make another rude and immature comment, but I wanted to tell you guys to stay clear of JAPAN2LA.

I purchased 4 injectors from him and then sent them away to be cleaned and flow tested. 1 of them was beyond repair and had to be replaced. He refused to stand behind his product or offer any sort of return/refund. I was told that it was not his problem, and that if I hadnt taken the "cheap" way out I could have purchased some that were already tested so I know they worked. If that's his policy, whatever, not very good business in my opinion.

So, I had to buy a replacement and I paid extra to have it pre serviced this time to guarantee it worked. It showed up missing a seal and without any printout or documentation of it's servicing. When I asked him about it, I was treated VERY rudely. He proceeded to call me names and insult me because I expressed my dissatisfaction in his services.

He is one of the most disrespectful and rude people I have ever done business with. Acting like he's doing me some HUGE favor by selling me something. What a joke.

Again, he'll have some smart comment to make. Run a search in this feedback forum for his username and you'll find several incidences of him insulting and even threatening people for calling him out on his shady business ethics and poor attitude.

Being a jerk will catch up to you someday.

Buying used injectors is a risk if the person you are dealing with won't stand behind their product. Personally I will not sell injectors until I have sent them out for cleaning and testing.
That way no-one is inconveinced.

I have 2 incidents where I purchased used injectors that were no good. One was on this forum and the other on ebay.
The member on the forum refunded my money. I paid for the shipping charges which is fair.
The one on ebay also refunded my money minus shipping charges.
That is a fair deal when you are buying a used product that has not been tested.
You are taking a chance and should be responsible for the shipping charges.

i agree with doctor it's a chance and i have learned from building my FC that there are just some things you can't afford to skimp out on...

but i tried to do business with JAPAN2LA and had the same experience rude and unprofessional but luckily we didn't complete the transaction, sorry to hear that this happened dude

I realize its always a risk buying used anything. My big gripe is not that there was a problem with the injector, it happens. I just don't appreciate being called names by some jerk because I express my dissatisfaction. Just a poor overall experience.

I am absolutely sick and tired of people LIKE you!
When you contacted me about injectors I offered you 2 options:

A (USED) set of injectors for $103.00 delivered
Or
A used set that have been completely gone thru by RC Enginerring for $206.00 delivered

You were a CHEAPO and went for the $106.00


Later, atleast a monthe later you com back asking for a refund/exchange on 1 injector claiming it defective. Well, sorry....I dont warranty used injectors for this specific reason.... If you wanted a guarantee/warranty you should have taken option #2

Now the person who was disrespectful was you.. and I would post all of the B.S. that you wrote to me in PM's but I will save that AMO for later if you want to continue this circus.

As a resolution I offered you 1 replacement injector which RC totally went thru for $50.00 delivered. You paid me and I sent it to you, infact you got everything you paid me for and I owe you NOTHING. How this makes me dishonest, I DO NOT UNDERSTAND?

Your complaint now is that the injector was missing an O-ring and that I did not provide you with the print-out from RC. The O-ring....not a big deal, I have a box with about 1000 of the o-rings inside it...the print-out, and oversight on my part..yet I have it.. I would have gladly sent you the print-out and and an O-ring if you were not such a PRICK in all of the PM's you sent me.

Basically I have had enough of your B.S. and I decided to just give you a full refund to shut you up/conclude this issue. Well as usual with people like you, YOU REFUSED a FULL REFUND.

I did call you a CRYBABY and a PAIN IN THE ASS because that is exactly what you are...

You should have taken the 2nd option. That is just my opinion.

HanknMorgan you must be a real piece of work. I know for a fact Japan2La sends all of his injectors to RCEngeneering in Torrance Ca. In fact he just called me the other day to inform me that a couple of the injectors I sent to him were deemed unservicable by RCEngeneering. Did I cry and complain and blame J2LA for crappy injectors. No. I bought some NEW ones. It's not his fault that RCEngeneering can't make magic with shot injectors. Last year I bought 3 engines from J2LA and thousands in other parts. He is a stand up guy and ALWAYS treats people with respect. However, even the niscest person, J2LA, can get frustrated and pissed when people, you, treat him with disrespect. When you were an idiot and A-hole to him, did you expect him to just sit there and take your shite. Even Starbucks has a right-to-refuse service to rude customers. Japan2LA is the niscest person I know and am very glad to have met him. Without his help and guidance I'd still be some clueless RX7 owner with a car that breaks down every week. Sound familiar HanknMorgan. You recieve what you give.

Just to chime in here, Japan2La is a great seller and nobody should take any of this clowns thread seriously, whoever it may be that he is talking about.

I purchased a jspec tranny from him and it works great! He even delivered it to my house! great guy, great seller! end of story.

Since this is questioning japan2LA's rep and I've done business with him, I will chime in. I have had no problems whatsoever with him! I've purchased a JDM trans, and had him special order parts from Japan (In the process of having him order some more parts from Japan). Everything went smoothe and I would definately continue doing business with him.

Rx7 550cc Injectors

Hello. I purchased a set of 4 rx7 550cc injectors from you about a month ago. I sent them off to have them professionally cleaned and flowed and one of them is not working correctly. It is flowing inconsistently and is considerably "off" from the other 3 which are flowing perfectly after new parts and cleaning. I need to know what I should do about having the faulty one replaced. Thank you.

Hank, I do not offer any warranty on used injectors. If you need another I can replace it but it will cost you $25.00.


I would just be sending you another used injector.

for $50.00 I will send one injector over to RC enginerring have it cleaned patterned and tested, new pintle cap and o-rings..
