and what are you gonna do when you find out where he lives? are you gonna go throw eggs on his door?

If people want to take legal action they don't need his address to do so

Legal action is required against him. Its not a hard or expensive road. To initiate a law suite against him will require minimal money. As the facts against him are none disputable. He has no ground to stand on. Once court date has been established against him 100% guarantee he will be a no show, unless he is ******* retarded.
Once a no show is done by him the case is ruled against the the complaining party. With the ruling in your favor, you can now go after his assets. Hope he does have some assets. Even if he does not have anything, he will not be able to own anything till he settle's with the amount to the original complaint. Been down this road a couple of time with douche bags on this forum...
Don't be afraid to go down this road Mike or anyone that has been scammed by him.
Even if its an out of state purchase, you can sue him in your local sate, he will have to come to your state to appear in court. I don't think he has the means or the brains to fight it...

DO the right thing Mike take him to court, you will be very surprised how fast it will go by...

Don't you know, that everyone that has been burned here has taken out the person that took their money???
Even if the person was facing them and they had a gun, they wouldn't have the guts to pull the trigger.
It's always the same, all bark, no bite.

Agree 100%, get a lawyer and go to battle in court.
You will get something back and keep your freedom.

For the record I never said anything about physically harming anyone. I'm not sure where you're getting that from.

*edit*
Just noticed you weren't talking to me. lol

the lawsuit wont do you any good. all he has to do is put his assets under someone elses name. I have a judgement against a guy for over 140,000 in a federal court and cant get him to a pay a dime. He has tons of assets but he has them all under someone elses name. I even had criminal charges brought against him and he is on his 8th felony conviction and he only got 6months in a county jail. still hasnt paid a cent. the only way to get your money back is the old fashioned way. the legal system just allows criminals to get away with anything and everything sadly. So unless your willing to break the law and beat it out of him your just S.O.L

Are you referring to European Autowerks off Prairie in Hawthorne? I dont think he works there but definitely, he was associated with them or vice versa.

Since you are giving out this advise, what have you done to the guy that owes you $140K, did you put a contract on him or did you do it yourself???
