I have created an account on that forum, however the nickname Smeagol was conveniently already taken. I have been emailing/IMing Chris on pretty much a daily basis for the past month, with literally weeks going by where I would get no reply -- not sure what else I really can do there. I'm not into following people around and bashing them in every thread I can find, I shouldn't have to resort to that anyway and don't really have the time for it either. I just want to resolve this like adults and be done with it.

As of right now these FMIC pipes should be made next week and I will be receiving my SMIC/duct soon after. We'll see what really happens.

And yes you're right in that you shouldn't have to do any of those things, but at this point in time Chris has already proved he's not an adult and can't accordingly. I really feel like that will be your best bet in terms of gettin' what you paid for. I don't think he has any intention of taking care of this situation so I think it's up to you to take matters further.

 

If Chris makes an appearance back on this forum, please PM me, and I'll be sure to show him the door.

 

Not sure if he is back or not rich, he just made a comment on mwir when he was trying to tell everyone what a great person he was that he currently had an active account and had 6-7 good transactions on it.

Nah man, no worries.. no offense taken. I agree this situation sucks, but I'm hoping it will finally be resolved here within a couple weeks. I'm a really patient person, which is probably a bad thing in this case.

Its amazing how a post with pictures (namely the driftcentral one) that is over 2 months old shows his car with a FMIC when the whole time hes been telling Mike that he hasn't installed the FMIC and thats why he can't send Mike the SMIC because hes still using it and it will still be a couple more weeks before he installs the FMIC.

And I'm sorry to say, but I don't think you will ever see that SMIC from this douchebag. I would start asking for my money back at this point and see how long it takes him (read: how many excuses he can give you) to get that to you.....Some one should really contact his sponsors about this bullshit. 1.) He has stolen peoples money to build his car, 2.) He is selling the car and I REALLY don't think that any of his sponsors know and seeing as how some of them have just recently sent him products I would be willing to bet that they will be getting ripped off as soon as that car sells.......What a ******* piece of ****. According to the ebay add his car sold this morning for 27k, there should be no excuse for him not having any money at this point in time.

Since the winning bidder is also in Chicago IL, buys Eclipse parts and turbo stuff at dirt cheap prices.....and then suddenly bids $27,000 for an FD....I'm thinking it was a shill bid trying to get bidder 4 to play in the last 30 seconds of the auction that didn't work out. Give it a week or two and it'll prolly be up for auction again.

Ming banned a character that was making links for chris's ebay ad in the 3rd gen car sale section. He apparently also made some comments in that post besides the drawing attention to the ebay add that led ming to believe he was chris. Also that same character had about 5 recent transactions on here that was in line with the comment I posted earlier in this post about chris saying he still had an account here he was selling on. Course he always seems to come back.
