importedboi bought a S4 T2 OMP with linkage off of me, and when he got it he said the linkage was bent and wanted a refund. He filed a claim with paypal and they gave him his full refund and he won't ship me back my OMP! It's been 3 weeks and he refused to contact me! Sellers, beware of this guy.

The item arrived but there was damage on the OMP and the linkage arm. The OMP where the metal arm connects is bent and I cant even connect it on the arm. The metal linkage is bent and looks like a circle so both items are defective. Just refund my money this has been to much of hassle. Ill send pics to show you the damage later today when I get ahold of a camera.



That was the 16th, never heard back form him again.

I PM'd him on the 17th, saying,

"It was removed from a working engine and I inspected it myself.. but whatever man. Send it back. Your money was refunded already."

I also PM'd him on the 21st saying,

"I would like the tracking number for my OMP asap."



Hasn't responded yet.

Exactly. He won't respond to me. I have the paypal transaction of the refund and no tracking number from him.

 

I will send him a PM and ask him to respond and tell his side of the story out in the open.

No response to the PM. Last activity was on 11-4-08 @ 7:43pm. But he has not posted since the 21st of Oct. I sent him the PM on the 29th.

 

He PM'd me earlier today asking for my address, a few hours after I posted 'eh'. He has it, don't know why he would ask again. Guess we shall see.

Last activity was early this morning. I am going to speak with RX-7Doctor about this and see what further steps we can take.

is'nt it sad that there is still those out there like that to do such petty rotten deeds on these forums. buisiness just goes best with full honesty. sorry for you situation. i'm in the boat aswell
