About six months ago, I was closing down the shop and moving, and Rotarded, now Rotareh?, aka Justin Cusick, who is a mod here, agreed to sell some miscellaneous parts for me that I had lying around. The deal was that he would sell the parts and keep a commission for his trouble.

Unfortunately, he took my parts and never paid. I have called and e-mailed him repeatedly and he invariably says I'll meet you on such and such date to pay up, and then either stands me up or never confirms the appointment.

I am considering filing a small claims suit against him, but I would like to have all of my information correct. I know what parts he took, but I don't know who he sold them to, whether they were ever shipped, and what money he collected.

Please post here if you paid him, or if he offered to sell you parts and never shipped them. If some of you got the parts, I have no issue with you, they are essentially stolen but that is not your problem, I just need to know how much you paid and what you received so that I can file the correct amount in my claim.

I would suggest to everyone that you not do any business with him, in any case, as he is, at best, highly unreliable.
