I have been trying to contack him since August of 07. Right before he got banned. I call him and e-mail him almost daily and I still get no response.
Does anyone else in the Las Vegas area know how to contact this guy? I want to get my money from him!

Sure what do you want to know?
He has my name and number. I call him daily if not 2-3 times a day. I never get a response. I also e-mail him quite frequently. I am sure he knows who I am.
Thanks, Robert.

If somebody pestered me 2-3 times a day I would not want to contact them either. I would purposely avoid contacting them just out of spite, even if i started out in the wrong.
That said, how much does a set of 1gen used brake rotors go for? Has your time in the last 9 months been worth chasing that 50 bucks or so?

Dude my money is my money. I was very polite, and still am to this day, but I feel I have been ripped off by this individual, and so have other people. I try 2-3 times a day because I do not know his work schedule. I just want my money, weather its $80 or $.80 its still MY money and not his, and I want it back, I'm sure the other people he has ripped off feel the same way.Are you trying to stick up for this guy? Do you know him?

In my experience the best results are obtained from regular contact every 2-3 weeks as a reminder...enough not to let it be forgotten, not enough to actually **** the person off further and reduce your chances of getting repaid.

Dont know him...but I did buy some things from him in years past. I am not sticking up for him...clearly he is in the wrong if things went as you say. But, 2 wrongs don't make a right either. Do you think making a pest of yourself will get on his good side and get your desired results?

I have backed off with the phone call quite a bit BTW.
I just wish he would contact me so we can settle this man to man.
I disagree here.
I could give a rats *** whether I pissed him off or not. The man owes him money or a part. It does not get any simpler than that. It is not up the person that is owed to remind the person that owes. Once you take money it is your obligation to make things right and stay in contact with the owed person. Failure to do so or not to return communication is rude and makes that person a low life scammer that I would stick my size 13 shoe upside his *** for that.

I agree...and you and me would never treat a buyer this way. But, when something happens and a seller does act this way, making a pest of yourself and getting in their face is not likely to produce the desired results...unless you are local and can take the fight to them physically, or unless you can bring legal action.

First off Thanks Doc you rock and I agree 100%.
Second RR, you have to remember than this was 8 months ago. I did not start by bothering him, infact this was my next to last resort to a suit against him wich is where I'm at now.

As for the opening poster, I told him I'd ask Gonzz about this transaction. RW-7, you wouldn't happen to have the DHL tracking number somewhere around (old PM or e-mail) wiykd you? If so post it up here, or PM me.

RW-7, I talked to Steve. He was actually surprised to hear you didn't get the parts. He said as far as he knew, you recieved them. We found the date and the amount you sent payment and the date it was cleared and shipped. Just trying to find the tracking number to see if there's anything DHL can do at this point.

PMed you all that info. Ya I still have records of every e-mail and all that stuff.
On July 28, 2007 a shipment label was printed by S. Goncalves(702-307-xxxx) of ROTARY ARE US for delivery to ROBERT WHITE 22729685650

If 22729685650 is the tracking number, then something's not right, I went onto DHL's website and it is not a valid number
