I didn't scam anyone. I ended up selling the turbo to someone who wanted to rebuild it. Why would I have bought everything for the price I did and then sold it for less than I bought it for. All of the posts are on here for the stuff I bought then sold almost right away. Do your research buddy before you start ripping on someone. Plus, if you look I've sold stuff on here to. Not a lot but ask anyone I've sold to. I ship out right away with no problems.

you should be sorry. the guy avoids dealing with the problems he has caused, throws out false accusations, and then tries to insult people. A seller that causes problems, yet isnt mature enough to actually own up to what he does. A guy that gets caught lying each time one of these problems arises, and somehow that's funny....

Over the last year or two, no less than four buyers have had complaints about this guy, and some of their complaints look similar, such as false advertising. Not one of those cases was handled with any kind of maturity.

 

Oh, well that makes everything okay then.

First, we have aws140, who bought seats off of you last year. In that thread, it was shown that your FS ad clearly stated that you dropped the price, but you then called him a liar when he mentioned that. In the end, you sold him a set of seats that you claimed were a perfect fit, and they were anything but.

Second, we have tim, you already are aware of the issues surrounding those headlight assemblies that you claim were blue, but your FS thread showed to be black. I am also aware of the fact that you told someone that the other buyer got the black ones, but there was no other buyer--the other guy bought only the driver's side assembly, not a pair.

Third, we have unsupa, who bought parts from you that were falsely advertised. The stock muffler that you included in his parts was not the same as what was advetised to him.

Fourth, we have toms93fd, who bought that turbo kit from you and had to jump through unreasonable hoops just to get what little cooperation he got.

1. First of all get your facts right before you post or you will have your foot in your mouth... Show me where i sold a muffler on this site? I don't sell exhaust at all.. I give it away locally..

2. This awskid got what he paid for them posted the same seats for more than he bought them for. explain that if they were so bad.. sounds like a scammer to me. or do you do the exact same thing?

3. Tom's issue was settled. I am not going to refund someone till i get the facts. He took over a week after recieviung the turbo kit. How do i know he didn't hav it install and blew it? It takes 3-4 hrs to install. I had to e-mail him numerous times to make sure he got it..What happened to people saying "I got the box today" Didn't happen..

The headlight assy.. this guy is not getting a cent. they are not the ones i sent him. Was you there when i packed them or when he opened the box? What proof do you have that they weren't packed right? Nothing.. you only have your opinion and that's it. Gues what.. In a court of law what do they say about opinions.. " they don't mean anything"...

 

I ship over 150 boxes a week of car parts.. I don't even sell alot of RX-7 parts.. I have over 20 RX-7's in parts that I basically give away to the local guys. I don't need to rip off someone for 150.00. I have over 100k in inventory in car parts in just 1 storage unit and my 2 shops.. you think i'm that desperate.. give me a break..

 

Who have i scammed out of money and never shipped. they all recieved what was agreed on.. it's their chioce if they were not happy.. not my fault..

 

One more question for you and I'm done with this thread.. I have asked you 100 times to post some pics of your 7 and you never had. Please post a pic.. I wanna see what u drive... Don't ignore the question again like always...I will not answer anything till you post them..

"I ship 150 boxes a week, I give away hundreds of parts locally, I gamble 10x such and such amount every week." If you're so rich, why the hell can't you fix any of these deals??? Toms is obviously not happy with his transaction with you, I know aws140 isn't, Tim definitely isn't, yet you give away and gamble away all this money. Why can't you take care of the people who have legitimate complaints instead of being so "generous" locally?
