Angry expertrm: Uses *shrink wrap* to package fragile items!!! WTF?!?

Hi,

Okay some of this original post will be a repeat of what I listed in the other thread. I just feel like this guy deserves his own seperate thread for each individual incident . Anyways enjoy:

He said the parts he was sending me were in excellent condition. I repeatedly asked if they were pretty much perfect without any damage/scratches, etc. and he insisted they were. Then he kept asking me when I was going to make payment. Anyone that knows me, knows I quickly pay for the stuff I want, but he kept "following up".

Anyways, I get the parts and they weren't bubble-wrapped or packed well or anything even though I told him to do so. I also asked for insurance, but in this case it doesn't matter b/c the packaging was **** so NO shipping company would've honored a claim. They were wrapped in *shrink wrap*! Honestly, who the F*^K uses shrink wrap to package and exactly what did you expect shrink wrap to do?!? I unwrapped everything and at first all I noticed is how dirty the parts were. They also looked to have been painted. Then, I noticed how the black divider I bought from him had scratches ALL over it and even one scratch that was definitely carved in. It was an "M" carved in to it.

He flat-out lied to me when purchasing and when I contacted him afterwards he blamed it on shipping. I'm very easy to work with so I offered a reasonable solution. He flat-out refused saying these were now my parts and that he had no knowledge of the damages. I've filed a Paypal claim and we'll see where it goes. He hasn't responded to any of my PM's afterwards or the Paypal dispute.

This guy is a J-O-K-E!!! Stay FAR...FAR...FAR...FAR...FAR... AWAY!!!!

Well, Paypal closed the case b/c they can't decide upon merchandise quality. PLEASE for everyone's sake don't buy ANYTHING from this member.
